簡介:城市軌道交通是一種路權(quán)基本隔離的公共交通方式,按其技術(shù)特性、運(yùn)量、區(qū)域服務(wù)功能等分為地鐵、輕軌及區(qū)域鐵路等。與普通公共汽電車相比,軌道交通具有速度快、運(yùn)量大等明顯的優(yōu)點(diǎn),因此是城市公共交通的重要組成部分。隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,城市交通擁擠問題愈來愈嚴(yán)重,嚴(yán)重制約了城市經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。究其原因一方面是我國大城市中,包括長沙市,公共交通方式絕大多數(shù)還是采用傳統(tǒng)的運(yùn)量不大的公共汽車和無軌電車,這種低運(yùn)量的交通工具遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不能滿足民眾出行的需要;同時(shí)小汽車的發(fā)展給城市交通和環(huán)境帶來極大的壓力。因此,在新一輪城市總體規(guī)劃中,許多城市提出要調(diào)整交通結(jié)構(gòu)、優(yōu)先發(fā)展公共交通,建立起以快速軌道交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)為骨架的城市客運(yùn)系統(tǒng),引導(dǎo)居民出行方式,以達(dá)到解決交通矛盾的目的,同時(shí)通過軌道交通的建設(shè)來引導(dǎo)城市合理結(jié)構(gòu)與功能的形成。文章首先對軌道交通線網(wǎng)規(guī)劃的理論進(jìn)行探討,總結(jié)普遍性的規(guī)律和技術(shù)要點(diǎn),明確軌道交通規(guī)劃的思路。本著發(fā)現(xiàn)問題分析問題解決問題的方法,對長沙市軌道交通線網(wǎng)規(guī)劃背景條件和長沙城市居民出行特征與客運(yùn)規(guī)模構(gòu)成進(jìn)行了分析說明,對現(xiàn)有城市交通狀況進(jìn)行分析,以認(rèn)識長沙市交通問題的根源。闡述了長沙市軌道交通規(guī)劃的指導(dǎo)思想和軌道交通規(guī)劃建設(shè)的必要性,并進(jìn)行長沙市軌道交通線網(wǎng)規(guī)模研究,在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行線網(wǎng)構(gòu)架研究,得到長沙市軌道交通線網(wǎng)規(guī)劃方案。對影響長沙市未來軌道交通發(fā)展的兩個(gè)關(guān)鍵因素城市土地利用和軌道交通換乘樞紐進(jìn)行了探討和研究。

簡介:茄歹一一一一一摘要中等城市的蓬勃興起是我國城市化進(jìn)程中一個(gè)重要特征。經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)高速增長,城市土地利用的規(guī)模和水平在迅速地提高,交通需求空前活躍,交通結(jié)構(gòu)向機(jī)動(dòng)化、個(gè)體化轉(zhuǎn)可本文即以新興中等城市這種獨(dú)”的發(fā)展””為研究”象,“規(guī)劃實(shí)踐的基礎(chǔ)上,從模型方法和系統(tǒng)方法的角度作了以下主要研究首先,分析新興中等城市客運(yùn)交通系統(tǒng)演變特征,以宏觀系統(tǒng)的研究結(jié)合微觀個(gè)體行為的研究為依據(jù),在新興中等城市的客運(yùn)交通可持續(xù)發(fā)展模式中確立了公交優(yōu)先發(fā)展的地位,具有前瞻性、指導(dǎo)性的意義。其次,針對新興中等城市交通格局不穩(wěn)定、交通系統(tǒng)具有可塑性的特點(diǎn),研究戰(zhàn)略性的交通方式分擔(dān)率預(yù)測方法。方法能夠體現(xiàn)用需求指導(dǎo)供給,以供給引導(dǎo)需求的預(yù)測思想,方法的目標(biāo)是使交通需求的預(yù)測實(shí)現(xiàn)由被動(dòng)追隨型到主動(dòng)引導(dǎo)RFJ的轉(zhuǎn)變。最后,在盆蘭客運(yùn)名旦熨卿劃方法中,以居民出行決策心理為依據(jù),利川層次分析法決策公交系統(tǒng)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的排序建立TOD理念下的郊區(qū)城市化與城鄉(xiāng)體化的新興中等城市發(fā)展策略和公共交通規(guī)劃模式利用GIS技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)了公共交通的可達(dá)性分析提出適合新興中等城市的公交系統(tǒng)優(yōu)先發(fā)展政策保障措施。關(guān)健詞新興中等城市可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略性交通方添擔(dān)預(yù)測公交終居民出行決策心理可妙TOD七惻、咬血發(fā)娜{一I一多君緒蔚第一章緒論11研究的背景當(dāng)前,在洶涌的城市化和機(jī)動(dòng)車私有化浪潮的沖擊下,城市道路交通設(shè)施正面臨著前所未有的壓力。城市道路交通系統(tǒng)己不堪忍受以摩托車、小汽車等為主的個(gè)體交通工具的快速增長帶來的沉重負(fù)擔(dān),交通擁擠、停車無地、環(huán)境惡化已經(jīng)成為制約我國城市健康發(fā)展的頑癥。在解決矛盾比較突出的特大城市、大城市的交通問題中,一般采取的有以下三個(gè)方案1加速道路交通設(shè)施的建設(shè),提高路網(wǎng)整體容納能力2強(qiáng)化交通管理,提高城市交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)的運(yùn)輸效率3大力發(fā)展大運(yùn)量快速交通系統(tǒng),建立社會化和集約化的運(yùn)輸體制模式。這些方案在一定的程度上緩解了城市近、中期的交通緊張問題,然而城市的交通問題并沒有因此而解決,交通與發(fā)展的矛盾愈加突出。大城市不合理的客運(yùn)交通結(jié)構(gòu)及在路網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)、用地布局等諸多方面問題是引起城市交通惡化的重要原因。從城市發(fā)展歷史的角度來看,其源來自孕育這一城市發(fā)展的中等城市乃至小城市??v觀80年代以來我國的城市發(fā)展歷程,特大城市由13個(gè)增至37個(gè),大城市由27個(gè)增至48個(gè),中等城市由59個(gè)增至205個(gè),我國城市化進(jìn)程正進(jìn)入加速發(fā)展的階段,中小城市蓬勃興起,我國的城市等級規(guī)模體系由小城市為主向中等城市發(fā)展時(shí)期過度。尤其一些得益于政策優(yōu)勢和地緣優(yōu)勢的中等城市正在以另人矚目的成就迅速發(fā)展。地處發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)的不少城市撤縣建市,如中山82年建市,泰州年建市,溫州、珠海等城市則在20年的時(shí)間經(jīng)歷了從小城市向大城市演變的飛躍。這些新興中等城市與一般的大城市、特大城市在社會經(jīng)濟(jì)、土地使用和交通發(fā)展特點(diǎn)等方面有著明顯的差別,主要表現(xiàn)在1經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)高速增長,城市人口和用地急劇擴(kuò)張如連云港1991年至19年國內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值增長22倍,城市布局由原先的單中心式發(fā)展成為雙城多鎮(zhèn)式布局。這種城市面貌的根本變化是其它類城市無法比擬的,城市出行模式由原來的單純的向心的交通活動(dòng),轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)橄蛐?、環(huán)繞、及穿越等交通一T一
