簡(jiǎn)介:常規(guī)公交是城市公共交通的重要組成部分,是促進(jìn)城市經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、提高人民生活水平的重要基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施。公交運(yùn)力是常規(guī)公交的重要內(nèi)容,是公交部門或企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)管理的主要對(duì)象。公交運(yùn)力配置的是否合理影響著常規(guī)公交的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,改善公交運(yùn)力配置的合理度、提高公交運(yùn)力的利用率是提高公交服務(wù)水平、提升公交分擔(dān)率、降低公共交通資源消耗、緩解交通擁堵的有效手段。論文分別從公交運(yùn)力總量、運(yùn)力結(jié)構(gòu)和線路運(yùn)力配置三方面對(duì)常規(guī)公交運(yùn)力進(jìn)行規(guī)劃研究。在公交運(yùn)力總量上,以常規(guī)公交運(yùn)力總量配置的一般方法為基礎(chǔ),總結(jié)利弊,并考慮到運(yùn)力相關(guān)資料收集難度較大,主要運(yùn)用灰色理論,建立灰色模型,在灰色模型預(yù)測(cè)精度未達(dá)到要求時(shí),利用回歸模型進(jìn)行二次預(yù)測(cè),并運(yùn)用綜合預(yù)測(cè)法進(jìn)行擬合,以確保預(yù)測(cè)精度。在運(yùn)力結(jié)構(gòu)配置上,對(duì)其影響因素、車型種類及技術(shù)參數(shù)分別進(jìn)行分析研究,建立基于馬爾可夫預(yù)測(cè)法的改進(jìn)模型,運(yùn)用SPSS軟件進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)處理,對(duì)車型結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行配置。在線路運(yùn)力配置上,以影響因素為約束條件,建立線路運(yùn)力配置模型,將公交運(yùn)力總量合理配置在公交線路上。最后,以重慶市常規(guī)公交為例,對(duì)重慶市主城區(qū)常規(guī)公交運(yùn)力總量、車型結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行配置,并以301路公交線路為例進(jìn)行線路運(yùn)力配置,對(duì)本文的理論研究進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證。本文通過(guò)對(duì)公交運(yùn)力規(guī)劃的系統(tǒng)性研究,為公交運(yùn)力規(guī)劃提供了一定的方法,為常規(guī)公交規(guī)劃奠定了一定的基礎(chǔ)。
