簡介:在百分之九十的時(shí)間里,私人汽車并不是處在行駛的狀態(tài),而是被停放在某個(gè)地方。隨著汽車時(shí)代的到來,城市的停車問題也不約而至。作為私家車的聚集地和長時(shí)間的停放點(diǎn),居住區(qū)停車問題也日益凸顯。如何解決好城市居住區(qū)的停車問題,是城市停車可持續(xù)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵,也是關(guān)系民生,提高人民生活質(zhì)量的焦點(diǎn)。因此,論文分別從節(jié)約化、智能化以及人性化的角度出發(fā),研究城市居住區(qū)停車規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)的理論和方法,并探討解決城市居住區(qū)停車問題的辦法和措施,期望為居住區(qū)停車設(shè)施的發(fā)展建設(shè)提供一定的參考和理論依據(jù)。論文首先介紹了城市居住區(qū)停車規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)的基本概念和相關(guān)規(guī)范要求,且分別從節(jié)約化和智能化兩個(gè)方面展開居住區(qū)停車規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)基礎(chǔ)理論的研究,并根據(jù)我國居住區(qū)停車規(guī)劃實(shí)踐,提出應(yīng)建立一個(gè)完善的居住區(qū)動(dòng)態(tài)停車規(guī)劃系統(tǒng)的建議。然后,針對新建居住小區(qū)的停車規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì),提出了其規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)的原則及思路,并以此為依據(jù)從居住區(qū)規(guī)劃結(jié)構(gòu)、停車需求估計(jì)和停車布局幾方面對其進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的研究。其次,在人性化設(shè)計(jì)理念的基礎(chǔ)上,分別從停車場的多功能化設(shè)計(jì)和景觀環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)兩方面,進(jìn)行了居住區(qū)停車的相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)研究。最后,在研究居住區(qū)停車管理體系的基礎(chǔ)上,從停車位權(quán)屬、停車收費(fèi)、訪客停車及共享停車幾方面出發(fā),進(jìn)行居住區(qū)停車管理的相關(guān)理論分析,并給出相應(yīng)的管理建議及措施,是對居住區(qū)停車規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)的重要補(bǔ)充。
