簡(jiǎn)介:碩士學(xué)位論文學(xué)校代碼Q33密級(jí)公玨城市道路可變車道設(shè)置的一主二從雙層規(guī)劃模型與算法BILEVELPROGRAMMINGMODELANDALGORITHMOFURBANROADSCONVERTIBLELANES作者姓名學(xué)科專業(yè)研究方向?qū)W院系、所指導(dǎo)教師王雄交通運(yùn)輸工程交通運(yùn)輸規(guī)劃與管理交通運(yùn)輸工程學(xué)院史峰教授緣教冬論文答辯日期2Q13生旦三Q目答辯委員會(huì)主席鏊茂壁中南大學(xué)2013年11月城市道路可變車道設(shè)置的一主二從雙層規(guī)劃模型與算法摘要在一些城市的擁擠交通流中,存在一種潮汐現(xiàn)象,早晨上班車流從郊區(qū)擁往城市中心區(qū),下午下班車流從城市中心區(qū)疏散到城市郊區(qū)。在雙向車道數(shù)均分的城市道路上,潮汐交通流導(dǎo)致道路雙向忙閑不均,甚至導(dǎo)致部分路段單向擁堵。設(shè)置可變車道是合理利用道路資源,解決道路雙向通行能力利用不均衡的有效方法之一。然而,由于人們上下班時(shí)通常包含一些其它的出行任務(wù),早晚高峰的出行需求不具有對(duì)稱性,擁堵路段也不具有空間對(duì)稱性,即早晚高峰的擁堵路段并不一定互為反向路段,這直接導(dǎo)致早、晚高峰可變車道最優(yōu)設(shè)置方案不具有對(duì)稱性。本文考慮到設(shè)置可變車道產(chǎn)生的日常操作費(fèi)用和對(duì)出行者認(rèn)知路況的干擾,對(duì)早、晚高峰可變車道的設(shè)置方案進(jìn)行綜合決策,使全天可變車道設(shè)置總費(fèi)用最小化。鑒于可變車道設(shè)置方案是交通管理者與交通出行者之間博弈的結(jié)果,采用一主二從雙層規(guī)劃模型描述可變車道優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)問題,上層規(guī)劃以全天出行總費(fèi)用和可變車道綜合管理成本最小化為目標(biāo),優(yōu)化可變車道設(shè)置方案;兩個(gè)下層規(guī)劃在給定的可變車道設(shè)置方案下,分別確定早、晚高峰用戶出行的均衡狀態(tài)。論文進(jìn)一步設(shè)計(jì)了基于遺傳算法的可變車道優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)的一主二從雙層規(guī)劃模型的求解算法。算例分析表明,優(yōu)化產(chǎn)生的可變車道設(shè)置方案具有較強(qiáng)的整體合理性,能夠在一定的綜合管理成本下有效降低路網(wǎng)出行總費(fèi)用。關(guān)鍵詞可變車道;一主二從雙層規(guī)劃;遺傳算法分類號(hào)U121
