簡介:福建師范大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文中等職業(yè)學(xué)校職業(yè)道德教育新探索基于對福州市商貿(mào)類中等職業(yè)學(xué)校的調(diào)查分析姓名潘仰玲申請學(xué)位級別碩士專業(yè)學(xué)科教學(xué)思政指導(dǎo)教師李湘敏20080801中文文摘職業(yè)道德素質(zhì)是中職生綜合素質(zhì)的重要組成部分。近年來由于受各方面因素影響,中職生職業(yè)道德素質(zhì)整體水JF不令人滿意,在實(shí)習(xí)過程中中職生職業(yè)道德違規(guī)事件不斷發(fā)生。我校每年收到的實(shí)習(xí)投訴中關(guān)于職業(yè)道德方面的投訴占了80%以上。中職生職業(yè)道德狀況引發(fā)筆者對中等職業(yè)學(xué)校職業(yè)道德教育的思考。本文在對福州市四所商貿(mào)類重點(diǎn)中等職業(yè)學(xué)校調(diào)查分析的基礎(chǔ)上,指出中等職業(yè)學(xué)校職業(yè)道德教育存在問題和形成問題原因,探討在“以就業(yè)為導(dǎo)向”職業(yè)教育辦學(xué)方針下,如何加強(qiáng)中等職業(yè)學(xué)校職業(yè)道德教育問題。論文分五部分展開序言部分在該部分,主要對本文選題的原因、研究重點(diǎn)、寫作思路和研究的方法進(jìn)行說明。當(dāng)前中職生職業(yè)道德狀況及其嚴(yán)重影響驅(qū)使筆者對中等職業(yè)學(xué)校職業(yè)道德教育進(jìn)行研究。第一章首先說明職業(yè)道德的特點(diǎn)和重要性,其次說明職業(yè)道德教育和中等職業(yè)學(xué)校職業(yè)道德教育的重要地位,再次指出中等職業(yè)學(xué)校職業(yè)道德教育的特點(diǎn)。中等職業(yè)學(xué)校職業(yè)道德教育有幾個顯著特點(diǎn)1中等職業(yè)學(xué)校職業(yè)道德教育體現(xiàn)社會主義道德的核心價值;2中等職業(yè)學(xué)校職業(yè)道德教育體現(xiàn)職業(yè)道德特點(diǎn);3中等職業(yè)學(xué)校職業(yè)道德教育體現(xiàn)中職生特點(diǎn);4中等職業(yè)學(xué)校職業(yè)道德教育體現(xiàn)工學(xué)結(jié)合特點(diǎn)。第二章在對中等職業(yè)學(xué)校職業(yè)道德教育特點(diǎn)分析的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合對福州市四所商貿(mào)類中等職業(yè)學(xué)校職業(yè)道德教育的調(diào)查結(jié)果,指出中等職業(yè)學(xué)校職業(yè)道德教育存在問題。主要存在以下問題一是中等職業(yè)學(xué)校職業(yè)道德教育地位薄弱,影響中職生職業(yè)道德認(rèn)識提高。體現(xiàn)在三個方面首先德育內(nèi)容與普通教育趨同,擠壓職業(yè)道德教育空間;其次德育課教學(xué)方法單調(diào),妨礙職業(yè)道德教育認(rèn)知;再次德育評價改革艱難,阻礙職業(yè)道德教育開展。二是中等職業(yè)學(xué)校職業(yè)道德教育教材適應(yīng)性差,影響中職生職業(yè)道德情感共鳴。表現(xiàn)在教材編排不合理,教材內(nèi)容脫離學(xué)生實(shí)際,教材案例選擇單一化三個方面。三是中等職業(yè)學(xué)校職業(yè)道德教育忽視自身特點(diǎn),影響中職生職業(yè)道德信念樹立。主要體現(xiàn)在中等職業(yè)學(xué)校忽視職業(yè)道德的行業(yè)性特點(diǎn),不同學(xué)校、不同專業(yè)、不同學(xué)生的職業(yè)道德教育趨同。四是中等職業(yè)學(xué)校職業(yè)道德教育過程封閉,影響中職生職業(yè)道德行為養(yǎng)成。主要體現(xiàn)在四個方面忽視德育課程與其他課程內(nèi)容的相互配合;忽視不同教學(xué)模塊間的相互配合;忽視工學(xué)結(jié)合培養(yǎng)環(huán)境的創(chuàng)設(shè);忽視學(xué)校與家庭、社會的相互配合。第三章主要尋找造成中等職業(yè)學(xué)校職業(yè)道德教育問題的原因。主要有三方面原因一是外部環(huán)境影響職業(yè)道德教育。主要體現(xiàn)在三方面首先是社會環(huán)境變化,尤其是經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化、文化多元化發(fā)展態(tài)勢,我國社會經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的問題和網(wǎng)絡(luò)時代帶來的道德沖擊給職業(yè)道德教育帶來巨大壓力;其次是對職業(yè)教育認(rèn)識偏差,尤其是企業(yè)對人才取向、家長和社會對職業(yè)教育的偏見、部分家長不良的職業(yè)教育動機(jī)增加了職業(yè)道德教育難度;再次是經(jīng)費(fèi)投入不足制約職業(yè)道德教育發(fā)展。二是生源危機(jī)影響職業(yè)道德教育。招生能耗過度削弱職業(yè)道德教育力量;生源質(zhì)量下滑影響職業(yè)道德教育定位;專業(yè)興趣不良影響職業(yè)道德教育效果;流生日益嚴(yán)重導(dǎo)致職業(yè)道德教育標(biāo)準(zhǔn)降低。三是中等職業(yè)學(xué)校自身發(fā)展?fàn)顩r影響職業(yè)道德教育。中等職業(yè)學(xué)校自身發(fā)展中的培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)誤區(qū)、專業(yè)設(shè)III

簡介:分類號UDC密級編號十南大學(xué)CENTRAISOUTHUNⅣERSITY碩士學(xué)位論文論文題目途塞絲亡些叢些厶雖絲驅(qū)些道徨塾直叢塑直窒絲亡些蘊(yùn)趔學(xué)科、專業(yè)呈直星圭豎堡途星塑亟漁塾直研究生姓名鎣筮屋導(dǎo)師姓名及專業(yè)技術(shù)職務(wù)曾筮丞塾援≤遵昱≥碩士學(xué)位論文摘要摘要本文以黨中央和國務(wù)院的精神為指針?!笆濉耙?guī)劃綱要強(qiáng)調(diào),要積極推動文化產(chǎn)業(yè)成為國民經(jīng)濟(jì)支柱性產(chǎn)業(yè),增強(qiáng)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的整體實(shí)力和競爭力。這是黨中央適應(yīng)國內(nèi)外形勢的新要求,所提出的一項(xiàng)重大戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)。胡錦濤在中央政治局第22次集體學(xué)習(xí)時也曾強(qiáng)調(diào)指出“深入推進(jìn)文化體制改革,必須以鄧小平理論和‘三個代表’重要思想為指導(dǎo),深入貫徹落實(shí)科學(xué)發(fā)展觀,堅(jiān)持社會主義先進(jìn)文化前進(jìn)方向,堅(jiān)持文化事業(yè)和文化產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展?!疚囊运枷胝谓逃秊橐暯恰N幕a(chǎn)業(yè)在我國起步較晚,加之現(xiàn)正處于社會主義初級階段,故目前我國文化產(chǎn)業(yè)狀況喜憂參半。思想政治教育的一個重要原理,是人的思想支配人的行為,而行為又是人思想的外化。解決文化產(chǎn)業(yè)中的種種問題,歸根結(jié)底離不開解決人的思想道德問題。本文正是基于“源”的考慮,筆者將從業(yè)人員職業(yè)道德問題作為一個重大現(xiàn)實(shí)問題予以研究,以期尋找阻礙文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的瓶頸及促進(jìn)其健康發(fā)展的突破口。本文以文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的嶄新分類為創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。打破了傳統(tǒng)的分類摸式,將內(nèi)容繁多的湖南文化產(chǎn)業(yè)劃分為紅色、綠色、橙色、黃色、黑色五種文化產(chǎn)業(yè)。本文重點(diǎn)闡述了前三種文化,尤其謳歌了湖南的紅色旅游文化和名譽(yù)全國的影視文化。筆者以社會調(diào)研的事實(shí)材料為實(shí)證依據(jù),制作了300份調(diào)查問卷,歷時兩個月,深入到湖南省文化出版部門、湖南廣電中心、瀟湘電影制片廠、新聞媒體等部門進(jìn)行了問卷發(fā)放、填寫、收卷及統(tǒng)計(jì)工作,使文章的論據(jù)有了實(shí)證依托。本文以湖南人職業(yè)道德教育內(nèi)容為深厚底蘊(yùn)。它包括良好的職業(yè)認(rèn)知、誠懇的職業(yè)態(tài)度、神圣的職業(yè)信念、堅(jiān)韌的職業(yè)意志、嚴(yán)格的職業(yè)操守。這為湖南黨政部門就有關(guān)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)從業(yè)人員的職業(yè)道德ILL

簡介:VOCATIONALEDUCATIONINSHANGLUOCITYOFSHANXIPROVINCEDEVELOPMENTPRESENTCONDITIONANDSHOULDTOSTRATEGYATHESISSUBMITTEDINPARTIALFULFILLMENTOFTHEREQUIREMENTFORTHEMADEGREE覷EDUCATIONMANAGEMENTBYLIUYUZHONGPOSTGRADUATEPROGRAMSCHOOLOFEDUCATIONCENTRALCHINANORMALUNIVERSITYSUPERVISORWANGJUNACADEMICTIUEASSOCIATEPROFESSORSIGNATURE型學(xué)APPROVEDAPRIL2011摘要職業(yè)技術(shù)教育經(jīng)過近三十年的探索和發(fā)展,取得了巨大的成就,為我國培養(yǎng)出大量的技術(shù)人才,帶動了各省、市與地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,現(xiàn)在我國已經(jīng)擁有一大批上規(guī)模、上檔次的職業(yè)技術(shù)院校。當(dāng)前,我國正處于調(diào)整優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、大力發(fā)展新型工業(yè)的重要時期,職業(yè)技術(shù)教育在這個時機(jī)下得到國家的大力支持,發(fā)展前景良好。但是在職業(yè)技術(shù)教育改革和發(fā)展的實(shí)踐中,也暴露出一些問題,諸如教育資源不平衡;職業(yè)學(xué)校專業(yè)設(shè)置混亂;社會需求旺盛與有效供給不足;學(xué)校管理困難;學(xué)生總體質(zhì)量不高;畢業(yè)后社會競爭力不強(qiáng);就業(yè)難失業(yè)快等等。特別是在西部及一些經(jīng)濟(jì)落后地區(qū),這些問題尤為突出,其發(fā)展水平以及對國民收入增長的貢獻(xiàn),遠(yuǎn)低于東部、中部地區(qū),嚴(yán)重的阻礙了職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展以及社會經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。為了有的放矢的對西部地區(qū)職業(yè)技術(shù)教育進(jìn)行改革,培養(yǎng)適應(yīng)西部經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展的合格人才,為西部地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)做出應(yīng)有的貢獻(xiàn)。一方面,應(yīng)該充分研究發(fā)達(dá)國家以及我國東、西部發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)職業(yè)教育的不同發(fā)展模式,借鑒和利用他們經(jīng)驗(yàn)來幫助解決我們的問題;另一方面,由于我們國家地域面積大、省份多,各個地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)、教育發(fā)展不平衡,使得某一地區(qū)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)并不完全適用于全國的各個不同地區(qū)。因此,為了準(zhǔn)確的反應(yīng)出當(dāng)?shù)氐穆殬I(yè)教育的狀況及存在問題,本研究從陜西省商洛市實(shí)際情況出發(fā),采取了深度訪談和問卷調(diào)查的方法,對該市的職業(yè)教育資源進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析,從職校生來源、特點(diǎn)、職業(yè)學(xué)校師資設(shè)備、專業(yè)設(shè)置、招生情況、籌資、投資情況等入手,收集數(shù)據(jù)信息,并根據(jù)調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)形成調(diào)查報(bào)告。并對調(diào)查報(bào)告進(jìn)行比較科學(xué)的分析,希望提出較為合理、有力的措施,以解決陜西省商洛市職業(yè)教育面臨的突出問題。稚關(guān)鍵詞職業(yè)教育教育資源;職教集團(tuán);專業(yè)設(shè)置;發(fā)展策略
