簡(jiǎn)介:山東師范大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文區(qū)域中等職業(yè)教育教學(xué)研究現(xiàn)狀與發(fā)展對(duì)策研究姓名宋玉良申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別碩士專(zhuān)業(yè)教育管理指導(dǎo)教師魏薇20060410山東師范大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文區(qū)域中等職業(yè)教育教學(xué)研究現(xiàn)狀與發(fā)展對(duì)策研究中文摘要職業(yè)教育是國(guó)家教育事業(yè)的重要組成部分,是促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)發(fā)展和勞動(dòng)就業(yè)的重要保障。2005年國(guó)務(wù)院關(guān)于大力發(fā)展職業(yè)技術(shù)教育的決定指出“落實(shí)科學(xué)發(fā)展觀(guān),把發(fā)展職業(yè)教育作為經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的重要基礎(chǔ)和教育工作的戰(zhàn)略重點(diǎn)。”“到2010年,中等職業(yè)教育招生規(guī)模達(dá)到800萬(wàn)人,與普通高中招生規(guī)模大體相當(dāng),‘十一五’期間,為社會(huì)輸送2500多萬(wàn)名中等職業(yè)學(xué)校畢業(yè)生。”2005年教育部關(guān)于加快發(fā)展中等職業(yè)教育的意見(jiàn)中指出“中等職業(yè)教育是我國(guó)高中階段教育的重要組成部分,擔(dān)負(fù)著培養(yǎng)數(shù)以?xún)|計(jì)的高素質(zhì)勞動(dòng)者的重要任務(wù),是我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)發(fā)展的重要基礎(chǔ)?!?005年中共山東省委、山東省人民政府關(guān)于大力發(fā)展職業(yè)教育的決定指出“2006年中等職業(yè)教育年招生要達(dá)到56萬(wàn)人,在校生達(dá)到150萬(wàn)人。力爭(zhēng)到2010年,中等職業(yè)教育招生與普通高中教育規(guī)模大體相當(dāng)?!闭\(chéng)然,這為職業(yè)教育發(fā)展提供了又一難得的機(jī)遇,也為區(qū)域中等職業(yè)教育教研工作的改革與發(fā)展提供了重要依據(jù)。但是,在教學(xué)研究領(lǐng)域里,仍然存在著對(duì)職教教研的地位和作用認(rèn)識(shí)不足;政策規(guī)定不能落實(shí)到位,職業(yè)教育教學(xué)研究機(jī)構(gòu)不健全,至今尚未形成職教教學(xué)研究的管理體制和工作運(yùn)行機(jī)制;職教教學(xué)研究工作缺失,與職教事業(yè)發(fā)展不相協(xié)調(diào);教研力量薄弱,職教教研隊(duì)伍素質(zhì)有待提高,“管理型”、“經(jīng)驗(yàn)型”教研員較多,而“研究型”、“服務(wù)型”、“創(chuàng)新型”的教研員很少,等等。這些問(wèn)題必須認(rèn)真研究并加以解決。當(dāng)前職業(yè)教育面臨的任務(wù)艱巨而繁重,發(fā)展中的困難和問(wèn)題不少。因此,加強(qiáng)市以下職教教研工作顯得更加重要而迫切。職業(yè)教育教研工作如何適應(yīng)這一新的形勢(shì),已成為我們亟待解決的重大課題。本論文確定為“區(qū)域中等職業(yè)教學(xué)研究現(xiàn)狀與發(fā)展對(duì)策研究”,是在國(guó)家和省實(shí)行“分級(jí)管理,以市為主”的職業(yè)教育管理體制改革背景和科學(xué)發(fā)展觀(guān)呼喚職教教研轉(zhuǎn)型的新形勢(shì)下,重新對(duì)職業(yè)教育教學(xué)研究進(jìn)行的審視和理性反思。本研究按照“是什么為什么怎樣做”這一邏輯思路展開(kāi),即在演變與特點(diǎn)、

簡(jiǎn)介:碩士學(xué)位論文論文題目論文題目教師教育專(zhuān)業(yè)大學(xué)生職業(yè)勝任力的比較研究研究生姓名劉麗專(zhuān)業(yè)名稱(chēng)應(yīng)用心理學(xué)應(yīng)用心理學(xué)指導(dǎo)教師姓名李義安李義安副教授副教授學(xué)院教育科學(xué)教育科學(xué)學(xué)院學(xué)院論文提交日期20201010年4月分類(lèi)號(hào)B849單位代碼10447密級(jí)無(wú)研究生學(xué)號(hào)0710040305摘要教師勝任力評(píng)價(jià)是教師評(píng)價(jià)體系中一種很重要的評(píng)價(jià)方式,與其他評(píng)價(jià)方式相比,具有鑒別性和發(fā)展性的特點(diǎn),是一個(gè)動(dòng)態(tài)的模型。近幾年,由于各種原因,大學(xué)生就業(yè)難的狀況并沒(méi)有本質(zhì)上的改觀(guān)。教師教育專(zhuān)業(yè)的大學(xué)生面臨非師范生的大量涌入,相對(duì)于其他類(lèi)型的畢業(yè)生來(lái)講競(jìng)爭(zhēng)更加激烈。因此加強(qiáng)教師教育專(zhuān)業(yè)大學(xué)生在學(xué)校期間的各種教學(xué)理論技能的教育,提高他們實(shí)際的教學(xué)和管理能力,加強(qiáng)教學(xué)實(shí)踐,是解決他們就業(yè)的根本途徑。本研究采用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查和訪(fǎng)談的方法,對(duì)聊城大學(xué)參加過(guò)頂崗支教的教師教育專(zhuān)業(yè)的大學(xué)生和參加實(shí)際教學(xué)工作的教師在勝任力各維度上進(jìn)行比較,以在職教師為標(biāo)準(zhǔn),觀(guān)察現(xiàn)行教師教育專(zhuān)業(yè)大學(xué)生教師勝任力各維度上所處的位置,希望這些結(jié)果能夠?yàn)榻處熃逃龑?zhuān)業(yè)大學(xué)生的職業(yè)規(guī)劃、提高學(xué)校教學(xué)質(zhì)量提供參考建議。本研究的主要結(jié)論有(1)教師教育專(zhuān)業(yè)大學(xué)生與在職教師在個(gè)人特質(zhì)、建立關(guān)系、信息搜集、職業(yè)偏好、尊重他人維度上存在顯著的差異,一般來(lái)講教師得分高于學(xué)生,在尊重他人維度上學(xué)生得分高。2教師教育專(zhuān)業(yè)大學(xué)生與不同教齡的教師作比較,發(fā)現(xiàn)與成熟期的教師在勝任力上維度上存在的差異最多,總體趨勢(shì)表現(xiàn)出,教齡越長(zhǎng)勝任力越高的趨勢(shì)。教師教育專(zhuān)業(yè)大學(xué)生與成熟期教師在個(gè)人特質(zhì)維度、專(zhuān)業(yè)素養(yǎng)、人際溝通等維度上與的差異極其顯著。教師教育展業(yè)的大學(xué)生在關(guān)注學(xué)生、尊重他人維度上得分并不低。(3)教師教育專(zhuān)業(yè)的大學(xué)生與不同類(lèi)型學(xué)校的教師有顯著的差異。與高中教師在建立關(guān)系、個(gè)人特質(zhì)維度上存有差異,在職業(yè)偏好和總分上高于高中教師。(4)不同職業(yè)意向的教師教育專(zhuān)業(yè)大學(xué)生在職業(yè)勝任力上有顯著差異,持愿意從事教師職業(yè)態(tài)度的大學(xué)生在職業(yè)勝任力在人際溝通、建立關(guān)系、信息搜集、職業(yè)偏好、理解他人維度高于持不愿意從事教師職業(yè)的大學(xué)生。(5)不同性別的教師教育專(zhuān)業(yè)的大學(xué)生職業(yè)勝任力上有顯著差異。關(guān)鍵詞關(guān)鍵詞教師教育專(zhuān)業(yè)大學(xué)生;在職教師;職業(yè)勝任力;比較研究
