    • 簡(jiǎn)介:福建師范大學(xué)博士學(xué)位論文臺(tái)灣經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型與職業(yè)教育改革研究(19531989)姓名曾繁相申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別博士專業(yè)教育史指導(dǎo)教師黃新憲20080501福建師范大學(xué)博士學(xué)位論文摘要1953年至1989年是臺(tái)灣經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展具有重要意義的時(shí)期。從1953年第一期四年經(jīng)建計(jì)劃的開(kāi)局,到1989年十年經(jīng)建計(jì)劃的完成,臺(tái)灣經(jīng)濟(jì)年均增長(zhǎng)率高達(dá)893%,創(chuàng)造了搿世界經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展史上的奇跡“。此間,臺(tái)灣經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展經(jīng)歷了三次的轉(zhuǎn)型。60年代中期,以農(nóng)業(yè)為主向輕工業(yè)為主的第一次轉(zhuǎn)型;70年代后,以輕工業(yè)為主向以資本和技術(shù)密集的重化工業(yè)為主的第二次轉(zhuǎn)型;80年代以后,發(fā)展高科技產(chǎn)業(yè),進(jìn)入了以科技目標(biāo)制約產(chǎn)業(yè)目標(biāo)的第三次轉(zhuǎn)型。在三次轉(zhuǎn)型的過(guò)程中,經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展經(jīng)歷了四個(gè)階段。1953年至1960年為第一次進(jìn)口替代階段,是經(jīng)濟(jì)的穩(wěn)定發(fā)展時(shí)期;1961年至1972年為出口擴(kuò)張階段,是經(jīng)濟(jì)騰飛時(shí)期1973年至1981年為第二次進(jìn)口替代階段,是經(jīng)濟(jì)的繁榮時(shí)期;1981年至1989年為“自由化、國(guó)際化和制度化一階段,是發(fā)展策略性工業(yè)時(shí)期。職業(yè)教育在臺(tái)灣經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展過(guò)程中,起著不可替代的積極作用。然而,傳統(tǒng)的教育價(jià)值觀根深蒂固,使得在認(rèn)識(shí)職業(yè)教育對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展重要性問(wèn)題上走過(guò)了較長(zhǎng)的曲折路程。隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型、產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí),職業(yè)教育的重要意義逐步得到昭示。在此過(guò)程中,當(dāng)局適時(shí)制定職教發(fā)展政策,開(kāi)展人力發(fā)展規(guī)劃,調(diào)整、改革職教發(fā)展措施,提高辦學(xué)層次,優(yōu)化辦學(xué)結(jié)構(gòu),逐步完善職業(yè)教育的辦學(xué)體制,順應(yīng)了職業(yè)教育與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展相互促進(jìn)的規(guī)律。與此同時(shí),當(dāng)局加強(qiáng)了工職教育、職業(yè)培訓(xùn)和殘障人員的職業(yè)教育。職業(yè)教育辦學(xué)體制的改革、辦學(xué)水平的提升均取得良好成效,為促進(jìn)臺(tái)灣經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型和產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)奠定了人力資源基礎(chǔ),為臺(tái)灣邁入發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)的行列創(chuàng)造了不可或缺的條件。關(guān)鍵詞臺(tái)灣經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型職教改革研究

    • 簡(jiǎn)介:專業(yè)管理科學(xué)與工程研究生王孝云指導(dǎo)教師何楨教授天津大學(xué)管理學(xué)院二零零九年十二月一令令幾上FT一月氣F氣中文摘要近年來(lái),我國(guó)職業(yè)教育實(shí)現(xiàn)了超常規(guī)、跨越式的發(fā)展,但也存在許多問(wèn)題,如質(zhì)量參差不齊、資金投入不足、教師素質(zhì)不高、生源競(jìng)爭(zhēng)激烈、行業(yè)企業(yè)參與度不高和教育資源相對(duì)數(shù)量下降等。這些問(wèn)題的存在,一方面制約了職業(yè)院校自身的發(fā)展,另一方面也不利于企業(yè)尋求高級(jí)技術(shù)人才,制約著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。因此,注重內(nèi)涵建設(shè),實(shí)行校企合作,發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟成為現(xiàn)階段職業(yè)院校的必然途徑。為此,本文在分析查閱國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)、實(shí)地調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上,以戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟理論、博弈論、經(jīng)濟(jì)評(píng)價(jià)理論為指導(dǎo),運(yùn)用對(duì)比分析、圖形分析、模型分析等方法,圍繞職業(yè)院校戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟構(gòu)建問(wèn)題,從職業(yè)院校戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r、動(dòng)因機(jī)制、伙伴選擇和效益評(píng)價(jià)等方面展開(kāi)論述。本文以職業(yè)院校戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟的內(nèi)涵為起點(diǎn),在分析總結(jié)其重要性和合作形態(tài)分類的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用系統(tǒng)分析法、動(dòng)力因素分析法,從外部因素和內(nèi)部因素兩方面,對(duì)職業(yè)院校發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟的動(dòng)因進(jìn)行了分析。本文通過(guò)分析學(xué)校和企業(yè)的博弈關(guān)系,認(rèn)為雙方在直接的博弈過(guò)程中最后都會(huì)選擇合作以實(shí)現(xiàn)利益的最大化。而政府應(yīng)該在產(chǎn)學(xué)合作過(guò)程中發(fā)揮宏觀調(diào)控作用,引導(dǎo)參與產(chǎn)學(xué)合作的各個(gè)局中人都達(dá)到合作的博弈結(jié)局,并盡量增加合作時(shí)各個(gè)主體所取得的收益函數(shù)。職業(yè)院校戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟模型的運(yùn)用是本文研究的落腳點(diǎn)。根據(jù)論文構(gòu)建的模型,論文最后分析了海南省職業(yè)教育產(chǎn)學(xué)聯(lián)盟辦學(xué)成功的經(jīng)驗(yàn),并且對(duì)目前海南產(chǎn)學(xué)聯(lián)盟的主要模式進(jìn)行了研究和效益分析。關(guān)鍵詞職業(yè)院校戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟動(dòng)力機(jī)制博弈分析
