簡(jiǎn)介:自二十世紀(jì)末以來(lái)我國(guó)的高等職業(yè)教育得到了迅速的發(fā)展為實(shí)現(xiàn)高等教育大眾化做出了重要貢獻(xiàn)。然而由于我國(guó)高等職業(yè)教育起步晚受學(xué)科型普通高等教育的影響根深蒂固高等職業(yè)教育的質(zhì)量還不盡人意。體現(xiàn)在課程設(shè)置上高等職業(yè)教育還存在著諸多弊端如課程以學(xué)科系統(tǒng)化課程為主忽視“工作過(guò)程”重理論輕實(shí)踐以“順三角形”的課程排列方法來(lái)設(shè)置課程等等其結(jié)果是嚴(yán)重地影響了我國(guó)高等職業(yè)教育的質(zhì)量。當(dāng)今時(shí)代科學(xué)技術(shù)飛速發(fā)展知識(shí)更新速度不斷加快如何構(gòu)建我國(guó)高等職業(yè)教育課程使我國(guó)的高等職業(yè)教育辦出特色是高等職業(yè)教育界必須認(rèn)真研究的重大課題。本文首先簡(jiǎn)要概述了我國(guó)高等職業(yè)教育課程的現(xiàn)狀及問(wèn)題通過(guò)簡(jiǎn)單回顧美德英三國(guó)高等職業(yè)教育的課程的演變歷史探討職業(yè)教育活動(dòng)的內(nèi)稟規(guī)律由此提出了以工作過(guò)程為基點(diǎn)的高等職業(yè)教育課程理論闡述了基于“工作過(guò)程”的高等職業(yè)教育課程的構(gòu)建原則。最后結(jié)合案例探討了這種課程的有效性。

簡(jiǎn)介:改革開放30年來(lái)中國(guó)社會(huì)發(fā)生了巨大變化職業(yè)教育事業(yè)取得了歷史性的突破站在了新的起點(diǎn)上。目前中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)正處于從技術(shù)、產(chǎn)業(yè)、增長(zhǎng)方式等的全面轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí)期職業(yè)教育要更好地為經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展服務(wù)必須從科學(xué)發(fā)展的高度研究中國(guó)職業(yè)教育發(fā)展中的重大實(shí)際問(wèn)題以推進(jìn)新時(shí)期職業(yè)教育的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。文章從可持續(xù)發(fā)展的視角運(yùn)用哲學(xué)、教育學(xué)、經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)等學(xué)科知識(shí)和系統(tǒng)思維方法多層面探討新時(shí)期中國(guó)職業(yè)教育可持續(xù)發(fā)展及其保障問(wèn)題。論文共分七章1概述經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型期中國(guó)職業(yè)教育可持續(xù)發(fā)展所面臨的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)并對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究進(jìn)行了梳理對(duì)本研究的核心概念進(jìn)行了界定;2從教育形態(tài)變化、工業(yè)革命發(fā)展方面揭示職業(yè)教育存在和發(fā)展的歷史軌跡分析職業(yè)教育與政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)和文化之間的相互關(guān)系并對(duì)當(dāng)前中國(guó)職業(yè)教育發(fā)展所處的內(nèi)外環(huán)境進(jìn)行了客觀地闡述;3研究職業(yè)教育系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成要素即規(guī)模、結(jié)構(gòu)、質(zhì)量和效益的可持續(xù)發(fā)展問(wèn)題并對(duì)職業(yè)教育組織運(yùn)行“三要素”即體制、機(jī)制和模式進(jìn)行了理論探討;4從國(guó)際比較的角度研究發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家和地區(qū)職業(yè)教育質(zhì)量體系的發(fā)展道路并對(duì)職業(yè)教育可持續(xù)發(fā)展的質(zhì)量問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了理論詮釋5研究經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型期中國(guó)職業(yè)教育可持續(xù)發(fā)展的制度創(chuàng)新問(wèn)題。認(rèn)為目前我國(guó)職業(yè)教育發(fā)展面臨多方面的制度缺憾必須從統(tǒng)籌資源配置、優(yōu)化運(yùn)行機(jī)制、完善公共治理等方面加以創(chuàng)新6研究經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型期職業(yè)教育可持續(xù)發(fā)展保障問(wèn)題。在確立分析框架的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行職業(yè)教育可持續(xù)發(fā)展保障體系的構(gòu)建和要素功能的分析并對(duì)其關(guān)鍵性指標(biāo)進(jìn)行概念建構(gòu);最后為全篇的結(jié)語(yǔ)。本研究旨在解決兩方面問(wèn)題一是基于對(duì)歷史必然性和社會(huì)現(xiàn)實(shí)性分析闡明經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型期中國(guó)職業(yè)教育實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的社會(huì)必要性和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義;二是從質(zhì)量、制度、保障等層面提出職業(yè)教育可持續(xù)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略構(gòu)想為今后一段時(shí)期我國(guó)職業(yè)教育的可持續(xù)發(fā)展道路提供科學(xué)的理論和政策依據(jù)。主要?jiǎng)?chuàng)新點(diǎn)有三一是從工業(yè)革命的發(fā)生過(guò)程考察職業(yè)教育的形態(tài)變化及其可持續(xù)發(fā)展的歷史必然性;二是從價(jià)值取向的角度論述職業(yè)教育權(quán)益人在質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)上的不同表達(dá)及其對(duì)職業(yè)教育效益的不同追求;三是從系統(tǒng)思維的層面構(gòu)建經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型期中國(guó)職業(yè)教育可持續(xù)發(fā)展的“大保障系統(tǒng)”。
