    • 簡介:西南財經(jīng)大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文論我國個人信用征信體系的建立姓名鐘菊申請學(xué)位級別碩士專業(yè)金融學(xué)指導(dǎo)教師張靜琦20050401體系、信用評價體系和征信監(jiān)管體系。緊接著,文章闡述了個人信用征信這一問題的經(jīng)濟學(xué)理論基礎(chǔ)信息不對稱理論和交易成本理論。由于借貸雙方的信息不對稱,使得借款人了解比貸款人更多的個人信息,因此,有必要建立個人信用征信體系,使得借貸雙方能夠處于信息相對“對稱”的地位,以避免由于信息不對稱帶來的逆向選擇和道德風(fēng)險問題。同時,由于信息的不對稱,使得借貸雙方的交易成本提高,故從降低交易成本角度,亦應(yīng)建立起我國的個人信用征信體系。第二章詳細闡述了國外個人信用征信體系概況及對我國的經(jīng)驗借鑒。由于國內(nèi)尚沒有形成完整的個人信用征信體系,而國外個人信用征信體系的建立和發(fā)展又各具特點,因此,本章在詳細闡述國外個人信用征信體系的前提下,分別指出各國經(jīng)驗對我國個人信用征信體系建立的借鑒意義。由于美國的個人信用征信體系發(fā)展最早,最具有代表性,因此,該部分首先介紹美國個人信用征信體系,分別從法律法規(guī)體系、征信機構(gòu)體系、征信監(jiān)管體系三方面介紹。在此基礎(chǔ)上,本節(jié)論述了美國個人信用征信體系對我國建立個人信用征信體系的經(jīng)驗借鑒,即加強信用意識是建立個人信用征信體系的前提;信用立法是建立征信體系的基礎(chǔ);失信懲戒是建立信用體系的關(guān)鍵;征信機構(gòu)是建立征信體系的核心。介紹了美國的經(jīng)驗借鑒之后,第二節(jié)分別對歐洲國家和日本的個人信用征信情況進行了闡述,歐洲國家主要介紹了其法律法規(guī)體系和征信機構(gòu)體系,日本則主要介紹了其基本情況,并將日本與美國和歐洲國家的征信機構(gòu)進行比較,在此基礎(chǔ)上,分別總結(jié)出歐洲國家和日本征信體系各自對我國的借鑒。第三章和第四章是本文的重點。第三章主要對我國個人信用征信體系的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r進行了論述,我國征信業(yè)經(jīng)歷了起步階段、發(fā)展階段、完善階段三個發(fā)展階段。在國內(nèi)個人信用征信建設(shè)的實踐上,上海、深圳走在了前列,積累了一定的經(jīng)驗,全國統(tǒng)一的個人信用數(shù)據(jù)庫的啟動,七大試點城市的聯(lián)網(wǎng),使我國的個人信用征信體系建設(shè)又邁出了一大步。盡管如此,我國個人信用征信仍然存在著諸多的問題。因此,本章第三節(jié)詳細闡述了我國個人信用征信存在的主要問題,包括社會信用環(huán)境較差,個人信用市場需求和供給雙重不足,信用數(shù)據(jù)封

    • 簡介:廣西師范大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文使命與求索朱執(zhí)信經(jīng)濟發(fā)展思想探析姓名宋凌遷申請學(xué)位級別碩士專業(yè)中國近現(xiàn)代史指導(dǎo)教師黃振南20060401庵彩即鈮尤謦II合理利用,扭轉(zhuǎn)資源要素的缺位。這也是落后國家經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的必要途徑。朱執(zhí)信以積極開放的心態(tài)提出,利用國外資源發(fā)展本國經(jīng)濟,整合國內(nèi)勞力資源以促進經(jīng)濟社會的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。朱執(zhí)信對這些問題所做的設(shè)想與主張,在一定程度上體現(xiàn)了他經(jīng)濟思想中一種整體的發(fā)展觀念。近代以來,中國政府的不作為,使財政與貨幣混亂蕪雜,制約著近代中國經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展。圍繞著經(jīng)濟發(fā)展,朱執(zhí)信就財政與貨幣問題進行了多方面的探討與設(shè)計,包括財政問題的措置,財政體制的革新,貨幣問題的處理,幣制的選擇等。他對社會現(xiàn)實的深切關(guān)注,體現(xiàn)了一位革命者對國家危難與社會發(fā)展趨向所具有的敏銳性。最后,本文將朱執(zhí)信的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展思想放在歷史的坐標(biāo)上,與同時代的孫中山、章太炎、梁啟超從民生主義的繼承發(fā)展、民生主義的認同異趣、經(jīng)濟發(fā)展觀的歧同等方面進行歷史的聯(lián)系與比較,從深層次上探討朱執(zhí)信在清末民初這一社會轉(zhuǎn)型時期的求索歷程。這對于弄清中國近代經(jīng)濟思想發(fā)展的脈絡(luò),也具有一定的意義。根據(jù)以上的論述,本文對朱執(zhí)信經(jīng)濟發(fā)展觀中蘊涵的一些內(nèi)容進行了分析。朱執(zhí)信較早在中國介紹馬克思主義學(xué)說,并在一定程度上受其影響,這不僅養(yǎng)成了他“為大眾造?!钡乃枷?,也使他對社會經(jīng)濟問題的判斷異于他人;生逢清末民初的社會轉(zhuǎn)型期,他對經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的探索,雖盡心盡力,但總是力不從心,這從某種程度上來說是時人選擇矛盾的一個縮影,也是時代發(fā)展頓挫的體現(xiàn);時代與階級的局限,使他未擺脫主觀空想,生命的突然中止,使他失去了再次抉擇的可能??傊靾?zhí)信雖非一個專業(yè)的經(jīng)濟學(xué)者,也無親自進行經(jīng)濟建設(shè)方面的實踐經(jīng)驗,但他對現(xiàn)實社會經(jīng)濟問題所作的思考而形成的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展思想,在近代中國經(jīng)濟思想坐標(biāo)系內(nèi)有著一定的位置。他的“抑富助貧”思想、經(jīng)濟發(fā)展與社會和諧思想以及經(jīng)濟發(fā)展與政府角色思想等,都是當(dāng)時特定社會經(jīng)濟關(guān)系的一種反映,這對其后甚或是當(dāng)今中國社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展都具有一定的借鑒和啟示作用。關(guān)鍵詞朱執(zhí)信;經(jīng)濟思想;發(fā)展;近代中國

    • 簡介:隨著世界經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,銀行業(yè)所面臨的壓力也越來越大,以客戶為本逐漸成為主要的經(jīng)營理念,于是客戶關(guān)系管理CUSTOMERRELATIONSHIPMANAGEMENT,簡稱CRM被引入銀行業(yè)務(wù)處理流程中。CRM極大簡化了各類與客戶相關(guān)聯(lián)的業(yè)務(wù)流程如銷售、營銷、服務(wù)和支持等,并將企業(yè)注意力集中于滿足客戶的需求上。CRM就是將先進的思想與最佳的實踐具體化,通過使用當(dāng)前多種先進的技術(shù)手段最終幫助企業(yè)來實現(xiàn)其經(jīng)營目標(biāo)。因此,為企業(yè)經(jīng)營、管理、決策服務(wù)而設(shè)計的銀行客戶關(guān)系管理系統(tǒng)客觀上需要和計算機網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)及數(shù)據(jù)庫應(yīng)用相結(jié)合。本文重點闡述了信金CRM系統(tǒng)的架構(gòu),從信金CRM應(yīng)用背景和業(yè)務(wù)需求出發(fā),詳細討論了信金CRM系統(tǒng)軟件架構(gòu)的設(shè)計方案。分析了信金CRM的體系結(jié)構(gòu)、工作原理、核心組件、配置文件以及對MVC設(shè)計模式的實現(xiàn)。信金CRM系統(tǒng)采用基于J2EE平臺和MVC設(shè)計模式開發(fā),系統(tǒng)共分為數(shù)據(jù)層,表示邏輯層,業(yè)務(wù)邏輯層。論文還詳細討論了信金CRM系統(tǒng)程序流程和數(shù)據(jù)的顯示過程XML文檔和關(guān)系數(shù)據(jù)庫之間的相互轉(zhuǎn)換,JSP頁面通過自定義標(biāo)簽與XML技術(shù)和XSLT技術(shù)相結(jié)合實現(xiàn)了從XML文檔到HTML的轉(zhuǎn)化。本文論證了所設(shè)計的CRM系統(tǒng)的軟件架構(gòu)能夠充分實現(xiàn)信金CRM系統(tǒng)在可用性、安全性、易修改性、易測試性、易使用性和易擴展性等方面的要求,是一個面向未來的、能夠適應(yīng)信息技術(shù)和銀行業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展變化的軟件架構(gòu)。
