簡(jiǎn)介:⑨勰博士學(xué)位論文生存論視角的職業(yè)教育價(jià)值觀研究論文作者盧潔瑩指導(dǎo)教師王坤慶教授專(zhuān)業(yè)名稱(chēng)教育學(xué)原理研究方向教育哲學(xué)華中師范大學(xué)教育學(xué)院2008年9月⑨博士學(xué)位論文DOC。R0RALDLSSERLANON于邊緣化狀態(tài)儒家倫理使個(gè)體生存意識(shí)缺乏、生存主體性缺位;職業(yè)教育觀念落后。將職業(yè)教育看成“就業(yè)”教育,將職業(yè)教育等同于“謀生”教育。職業(yè)教育簡(jiǎn)單化成“能力本位”教育。傳統(tǒng)教育觀忽略人的生存意義。另一方面,近代以來(lái),工業(yè)革命的飛速發(fā)展帶來(lái)的科學(xué)知識(shí)的霸權(quán),工具理性膨脹,掌握“技術(shù)/技能”知識(shí)成為職業(yè)教育惟一的任務(wù)。職業(yè)教育最終成為國(guó)家社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的工具,人淪為職業(yè)的“奴隸”。第三部分改革職業(yè)教育的現(xiàn)實(shí)思考。論文第五章對(duì)生存職業(yè)教育改革策略進(jìn)行多維度思考。借鑒德國(guó)、美國(guó)和日本職業(yè)教育發(fā)展的有益經(jīng)驗(yàn),進(jìn)一步從職業(yè)教育觀念層面和實(shí)踐層面進(jìn)行探索。本文以為,在觀念層面,應(yīng)樹(shù)立生存職業(yè)教育價(jià)值觀職業(yè)教育即人的尊嚴(yán)喚醒職業(yè)教育課程即意義生成;職業(yè)教育評(píng)價(jià)即反思性實(shí)踐。在實(shí)踐層面,首先,應(yīng)對(duì)生存職業(yè)教育目的重新定位彰顯個(gè)體價(jià)值和尊嚴(yán);喚醒生命。激揚(yáng)生命引導(dǎo)受職業(yè)教育者在工作過(guò)程導(dǎo)向的實(shí)踐教學(xué)情境中不斷追求更高的生命境界。其次,調(diào)整職業(yè)教育課程內(nèi)容,職業(yè)教育課程內(nèi)容應(yīng)包括社會(huì)生活課程、職業(yè)取向課程和學(xué)生生活經(jīng)驗(yàn)課程。最后,重建職業(yè)教育評(píng)價(jià)體系,重新設(shè)置教育主體評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)、教育活動(dòng)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)和教育效果評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)。關(guān)鍵詞生存;實(shí)存;生存論實(shí)存職業(yè)教育;生存職業(yè)教育;職業(yè)教育價(jià)值觀

簡(jiǎn)介:學(xué)位論文獨(dú)創(chuàng)性聲明本人鄭重聲明1、堅(jiān)持以搿求實(shí)、創(chuàng)新一的科學(xué)精神從事研究工作。2、本論文是我個(gè)人在導(dǎo)師指導(dǎo)下進(jìn)行的研究工作和取得的研究成果。3、本論文中除引文外,所有實(shí)驗(yàn)、數(shù)據(jù)和有關(guān)材料均是真實(shí)的。4、本論文中除引文和致謝的內(nèi)容外,不包含其他人或其它機(jī)構(gòu)已經(jīng)發(fā)表或撰寫(xiě)過(guò)的研究成果5、其他同志對(duì)本研究所做的貢獻(xiàn)均已在論文中作了聲明并表示了謝意?!芯可灻掌趯W(xué)位論文使用授權(quán)聲明本人完全了解南京師范大學(xué)有關(guān)保留、使用學(xué)位論文的規(guī)定,學(xué)校有權(quán)保留學(xué)位論文并向國(guó)家主管部門(mén)或其指定機(jī)構(gòu)送交論文的電子版和紙質(zhì)版;有權(quán)將學(xué)位論文用于非贏利目的的少量復(fù)制并允許論文進(jìn)入學(xué)校圖書(shū)館被查閱;有權(quán)將學(xué)位論文的內(nèi)容編入有關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)進(jìn)行檢索;有權(quán)將學(xué)位論文的標(biāo)題和摘要匯編出版。保密的學(xué)位論文在解密后適用本規(guī)定研究生簽名盔塑竺日期翌壘13摘要摘要高等教育權(quán)事實(shí)上已成為殘疾人生存與發(fā)展的基本權(quán)利,而融合教育是當(dāng)今特殊教育包括高等特殊教育的主要潮流。高等融合教育的成功實(shí)施取決于諸多因素,其中,健聽(tīng)大學(xué)生對(duì)聽(tīng)障大學(xué)生的認(rèn)識(shí)水平和接納態(tài)度有很重要的影響作用。健聽(tīng)大學(xué)生作為聽(tīng)障大學(xué)生的同伴,他們的接納不僅影響到聽(tīng)障大學(xué)生在校的學(xué)習(xí)和生活,也會(huì)影響他們畢業(yè)后的社會(huì)適應(yīng)。因此,了解健聽(tīng)大學(xué)生對(duì)聽(tīng)障大學(xué)生的接納態(tài)度的狀況,探討影響接納態(tài)度的因素,提出有效的教育策略,對(duì)于更好地開(kāi)展高等融合教育有重要的理論和實(shí)踐意義。本研究采用自編問(wèn)卷健聽(tīng)大學(xué)生對(duì)聽(tīng)障大學(xué)生接納態(tài)度的調(diào)查問(wèn)卷進(jìn)行。問(wèn)卷由30道選擇題和2道主觀題組成,從溝通交流、認(rèn)識(shí)與理解和接納等三個(gè)維度進(jìn)行調(diào)查。問(wèn)卷經(jīng)專(zhuān)家指導(dǎo)、試測(cè)、修改后正式使用。本研究按照樣本L/4的模式隨機(jī)選取南京特殊教育職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院的特殊教育系、學(xué)前教育系、康復(fù)科學(xué)系、公共管理系、外語(yǔ)系、信息技術(shù)系、音樂(lè)系、陽(yáng)光學(xué)院的在校健聽(tīng)大學(xué)生為調(diào)查對(duì)象。采取當(dāng)場(chǎng)發(fā)放問(wèn)卷,當(dāng)場(chǎng)作答,當(dāng)場(chǎng)回收的方式。共發(fā)放問(wèn)卷1180份,回收1063份回收率為901%,其中有效問(wèn)卷993份有效率為934%。研究結(jié)果表明1健聽(tīng)大學(xué)生與聽(tīng)障大學(xué)生的溝通交流較少,同時(shí)在他們的交流過(guò)程中存在一些問(wèn)題和困難,兩者之間的關(guān)系一般。2健聽(tīng)大學(xué)生對(duì)聽(tīng)障大學(xué)生的認(rèn)識(shí)和接納態(tài)度是積極、樂(lè)觀、支持的,但實(shí)踐較少。3健聽(tīng)大學(xué)生的性別、年級(jí)、專(zhuān)業(yè)及接觸程度等因素影響其對(duì)聽(tīng)障大學(xué)生的接納態(tài)度。根據(jù)研究結(jié)果,筆者提出了4項(xiàng)教育策略加強(qiáng)殘健合一的高等融合教育研究,豐富融合教育理論;促進(jìn)正常大學(xué)生對(duì)殘障大學(xué)生的接納和互動(dòng),進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)和諧校園的構(gòu)建和校園文明的發(fā)展;特殊教育的課程與教學(xué)改革;大學(xué)學(xué)生管理工作心理健康教育的重要性。通過(guò)研究健聽(tīng)大學(xué)生對(duì)聽(tīng)障大學(xué)生的接納態(tài)度,筆者希望能夠?yàn)槲覈?guó)高等特殊教育的進(jìn)一步融合發(fā)展盡一份微薄之力,也希望廣大教育工作者能夠充分發(fā)揮特殊教育在構(gòu)建社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)中的獨(dú)特作用,從而共同把我們的社會(huì)主義社會(huì)建設(shè)得更加和諧美好。關(guān)鍵詞健聽(tīng)大學(xué)生,聽(tīng)障大學(xué)生,溝通交流,認(rèn)識(shí)與理解,接納,態(tài)度

簡(jiǎn)介:隨著“學(xué)習(xí)型社會(huì)”的建立、“終身學(xué)習(xí)”觀念的深入人心,科學(xué)技術(shù)的日新月異和社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展對(duì)人才素質(zhì)提出新要求的同時(shí),也對(duì)職業(yè)教育中的文化基礎(chǔ)課提出了新的要求,要求進(jìn)一步明確其在職業(yè)教育中的地位并更大發(fā)揮其教育作用。因此,本課題的研究聚焦于職業(yè)教育課程體系中的文化基礎(chǔ)課,擬將對(duì)文化基礎(chǔ)課在職業(yè)教育中的地位和作用進(jìn)行探討。關(guān)于職業(yè)學(xué)校中文化基礎(chǔ)課的調(diào)查研究結(jié)果表明職業(yè)教育中的文化基礎(chǔ)課存在諸多問(wèn)題,造成文化基礎(chǔ)課諸多問(wèn)題的根本原因就是對(duì)文化基礎(chǔ)課在職業(yè)教育中的地位和作用認(rèn)識(shí)不清、認(rèn)識(shí)不夠。人們對(duì)文化基礎(chǔ)課的認(rèn)識(shí)的形成是一個(gè)歷史演變過(guò)程。在不同的歷史時(shí)期、在不同的職業(yè)教育課程觀的影響之下,文化基礎(chǔ)課在職業(yè)教育中的地位和作用是在不斷變遷的,但正是由于這種不穩(wěn)定的“鐘擺式”現(xiàn)象,導(dǎo)致了人們對(duì)文化基礎(chǔ)課認(rèn)識(shí)上的混亂和偏頗。在剖析了三種職業(yè)教育課程觀的利弊,經(jīng)過(guò)對(duì)三種職業(yè)教育課程觀的多元整合之后,提出了樹(shù)立新型現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育課程觀并詳細(xì)詮釋了現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育課程觀的內(nèi)涵。在現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育課程觀的視野之下,當(dāng)前文化基礎(chǔ)課在職業(yè)教育中處于雙重地位并具有多種作用。在實(shí)踐中,要實(shí)現(xiàn)文化基礎(chǔ)課在職業(yè)教育中的地位和作用需要加強(qiáng)文化基礎(chǔ)課的課程建設(shè)和保障文化基礎(chǔ)課的課程實(shí)施。
