    • 簡(jiǎn)介:西南財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文我國(guó)航空公司債券融資問(wèn)題淺析姓名鄭偉虹申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別碩士專業(yè)工商管理指導(dǎo)教師何加明20040501首先,由于經(jīng)營(yíng)效益不高、內(nèi)部融資能力有限,只能依靠外源融資尤其是債權(quán)融資獲取長(zhǎng)期發(fā)展所需要的巨額資金,造成我國(guó)航空公司資產(chǎn)負(fù)債率過(guò)高。其次,傳統(tǒng)的債權(quán)融資渠道單一主要依賴銀行貸款和融資性租賃,沒(méi)有發(fā)行任何債券融資、結(jié)構(gòu)不合理融資性租賃成本較高,比重卻比較大;債券融資成本較低,卻沒(méi)有使用,不僅加大了我國(guó)航空公司的籌資成本,而且增加了財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。再次,融資的期限結(jié)構(gòu)不合理。長(zhǎng)期資產(chǎn)占資產(chǎn)總額的比重大于長(zhǎng)期融資占融資總額的比重,反映出我國(guó)航空公司長(zhǎng)期融資無(wú)法滿足長(zhǎng)期資產(chǎn)購(gòu)置對(duì)資金的需求。資本結(jié)構(gòu)存在的問(wèn)題不但影響了我國(guó)航空公司的經(jīng)營(yíng)與財(cái)務(wù)狀況,更阻礙了它們的進(jìn)~步發(fā)展。通過(guò)對(duì)東航和美國(guó)西南航的對(duì)比分析,可以看出,信貸融資成本高、股票融資難以成為主流,而目前尚處于零起點(diǎn)的債券融資具有相當(dāng)大的吸引力。因此筆者認(rèn)為,我圍航空公司應(yīng)利用直接融資中的債券融資,逐步替代融資性租賃,在財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)基本不變的情況下降低融資成本,提高利潤(rùn)率,形成資金籌集與運(yùn)用的良性循環(huán),最終增加自有資本的積累,降低企業(yè)資產(chǎn)負(fù)債率和財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。第四章我國(guó)航空公司債券融資的可行性分析。主要論述我國(guó)大多數(shù)航空公司符合國(guó)家有關(guān)發(fā)債的政策規(guī)定,同時(shí),目前我國(guó)宏觀政策和經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境也有利于我國(guó)航空公司發(fā)債融資,因此,現(xiàn)階段我國(guó)航空公司發(fā)行國(guó)內(nèi)企業(yè)債券具有相當(dāng)程度的可行性。但制約我國(guó)航空公司發(fā)債融資的現(xiàn)實(shí)因素仍然存在,例如我國(guó)企業(yè)債券市場(chǎng)的發(fā)展與國(guó)外相比嚴(yán)重滯后,以及航空公司自身因素等,制約了我國(guó)航空公司發(fā)債融資的需求。解決對(duì)策包括采取措施促進(jìn)我國(guó)企業(yè)債券市場(chǎng)的發(fā)展、轉(zhuǎn)變我囡航空公司的融資觀念等。本文主要的研究結(jié)論現(xiàn)階段我國(guó)航空公司引入債券融資、逐步替代高成本的融資性租賃,是改善我國(guó)航空公司資本結(jié)構(gòu)、降低融資成本、解決我國(guó)航空公司長(zhǎng)期發(fā)展資金不足的有效途徑之一。這一研究結(jié)論對(duì)我國(guó)航空公司優(yōu)化資本結(jié)構(gòu)、提高經(jīng)營(yíng)效益具有一定的參考作用。關(guān)鍵詞航空公司債券融資實(shí)證研究L

    • 簡(jiǎn)介:內(nèi)容提要內(nèi)容提要自20世紀(jì)另一方面,許多航天大國(guó)越來(lái)越多地將民用航天活動(dòng)移交給私人企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng),私人企業(yè)參與航天活動(dòng)的深度和廣度達(dá)到了前所未有的高度,出現(xiàn)了所謂航天活動(dòng)主體多元化的趨勢(shì)。航天技術(shù)的商業(yè)化和航天活動(dòng)主體的多元化趨勢(shì),構(gòu)成航天產(chǎn)業(yè)采取市場(chǎng)化的運(yùn)行機(jī)制的基礎(chǔ),因而航天產(chǎn)業(yè)與市場(chǎng)運(yùn)行機(jī)制的兼容也就成了大勢(shì)所趨。然而航天產(chǎn)業(yè)畢竟是一個(gè)特殊的產(chǎn)業(yè),如何實(shí)現(xiàn)航天產(chǎn)業(yè)與市場(chǎng)運(yùn)行機(jī)制的結(jié)合一直是我國(guó)航天產(chǎn)業(yè)理論研究和實(shí)踐部門所關(guān)注的問(wèn)題。本研究報(bào)告對(duì)我國(guó)航天產(chǎn)業(yè)的運(yùn)行機(jī)制進(jìn)行了全方位的審視和剖析,對(duì)航天產(chǎn)業(yè)的結(jié)構(gòu)特征以及航天產(chǎn)業(yè)在運(yùn)行機(jī)制上與市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的差異性和兼容性問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的和深層次的分析,探討了航天產(chǎn)業(yè)引入市場(chǎng)運(yùn)行機(jī)制的前提條件及我國(guó)航天產(chǎn)業(yè)引入市場(chǎng)運(yùn)行機(jī)制的障礙,并從制度層面,提出了航天產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)變運(yùn)行機(jī)制的政策主張。本研究報(bào)告的主要結(jié)論如下1隨著我國(guó)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制的確立和逐步完善,特別是經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的加速,在傳統(tǒng)的計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)體制下形成的航天產(chǎn)業(yè)運(yùn)行機(jī)制。從總體上已不能適應(yīng)航天產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展要求,因此,改革航天產(chǎn)業(yè)的傳統(tǒng)運(yùn)行機(jī)制,建立適應(yīng)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的航天產(chǎn)業(yè)運(yùn)行機(jī)制勢(shì)在必行。這種必要性主要體現(xiàn)在以下兩個(gè)方面一是提高航天產(chǎn)業(yè)運(yùn)行效率的必然要內(nèi)容提要6航天產(chǎn)業(yè)引入市場(chǎng)運(yùn)行機(jī)制的另一個(gè)十分重要的問(wèn)題是如何建立與市場(chǎng)供求關(guān)系相適應(yīng)的航天產(chǎn)品價(jià)格形成機(jī)制,其中最主要困難在于航天軍品的價(jià)格形成機(jī)制上,為此必須結(jié)合我國(guó)的實(shí)際,探索符合市場(chǎng)供求關(guān)系的且切實(shí)可行的航天軍品價(jià)格形成機(jī)制,要實(shí)現(xiàn)這一目標(biāo),必須改革航天軍品定價(jià)基石任,精簡(jiǎn)定價(jià)成本的內(nèi)容、引進(jìn)市場(chǎng)機(jī)制、簡(jiǎn)化航天軍品定價(jià)和審價(jià)程序、規(guī)范航天軍品價(jià)格的管理模式。7構(gòu)建適應(yīng)社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的航天人才機(jī)制,對(duì)于航天產(chǎn)業(yè)建立適應(yīng)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的運(yùn)行機(jī)制具有重要意義,為此必須制定合理的收入分配機(jī)制、創(chuàng)造良好的人才成長(zhǎng)環(huán)境、建立適應(yīng)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的人才管理與培養(yǎng)機(jī)制同樣地,培育適應(yīng)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的企業(yè)文化,對(duì)于促進(jìn)航天產(chǎn)業(yè)的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展也具有重要的意義。本文認(rèn)為航天企業(yè)要迎接幣場(chǎng)竟?fàn)幍奶魬?zhàn),應(yīng)該著重培育以下四種企業(yè)文化“繼往開(kāi)來(lái)”的精神文化、“以人為本”的東方管理文化、“團(tuán)結(jié)協(xié)作”的團(tuán)隊(duì)文化、“開(kāi)拓進(jìn)取”的創(chuàng)新文化。關(guān)健詞市場(chǎng)運(yùn)行機(jī)制航天產(chǎn)業(yè)
