3、f enterprise for change, sustainable growth. Entrepreneurial Orientation is an enterprise level embodiment of the entrepreneurship, it as a first variable of entrepreneurial activities to some extent can predict the outc
4、ome of entrepreneurship. Leadership styles as impact entrepreneurial orientation of one of the key factors have caused more and more scholars concerns. Transformational leadership can not only enhance the effectiveness o
5、f leadership, but also to promote the entrepreneurial behavior of enterprises. For this reason, the article explores the relationship between transformational leadership and entrepreneurial orientation, with a view to fu
6、rther reveals the role of transformational leadership to enhance enterprise entrepreneurial orientation. At the same time, the article has also research and analysis the effects of the variable of enterprise features on
7、entrepreneurial orientation. The research used the Bass and others develop leadership style evaluation tool MLQ and Covin Charisma have a significant impact on entrepreneurial orientation and its three dimension; The in
