    • 簡介:ACASESTUDYOFTEACHERS’INTERDISCIPLINARYCOTEACHINGADISSERTATIONSUBMITTEDFORTHEDEGREEOFMASTERCANDIDATELIFANGFANGSUPERVISORMENGQICOLLEGEOFMATHEMATICSSCIENCESHANGHAINORMALUNIVERSITY,SHANGHAI,CHINAAPRIL,2011摘要新課程改革不僅對學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)提出了更高的目標(biāo),對于課程的設(shè)置和教師的教學(xué)能力也提出了新的要求。傳統(tǒng)的教師習(xí)慣于獨(dú)立工作,缺少與其他教師的合作,新的教育形勢要求教師作出改變,嘗試與其他教師進(jìn)行合作,在團(tuán)隊(duì)中工作。本論文在國內(nèi)外關(guān)于教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)和教師跨學(xué)科合作教學(xué)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用案例研究法,以兩個合作教學(xué)的案例為研究對象,通過觀察和訪談收集案例數(shù)據(jù),從教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)的構(gòu)建和團(tuán)隊(duì)文化的形成以及合作與教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展的關(guān)系幾個方面提出了自己的研究問題。首先,本文通過文獻(xiàn)研究,總結(jié)了目前國內(nèi)外有關(guān)教師跨學(xué)科合作教學(xué)的研究現(xiàn)狀,并在此基礎(chǔ)上,定位自己的研究思路和要解決的問題。其次,本文對兩個研究案例進(jìn)行了說明,并介紹了自己的研究過程和研究方案設(shè)計(jì),即先提出研究問題和理論假設(shè),再通過觀察法和訪談法收集案例資料和數(shù)據(jù),再對資料進(jìn)行分析。第三,通過對案例的數(shù)據(jù)收集和分析,對案例研究的結(jié)果進(jìn)行總結(jié),提出了教師跨學(xué)科合作教學(xué)的模式,并對模式的幾個關(guān)鍵要素如合作教學(xué)環(huán)境、教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)的構(gòu)建和形成、團(tuán)隊(duì)成員角色組成、團(tuán)隊(duì)的合作和交流以及教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)合作文化的形成等進(jìn)行詳細(xì)闡述。第四,根據(jù)案例研究結(jié)果和文獻(xiàn)分析,從外在動力和內(nèi)在支持兩個方面探討跨學(xué)科合作與教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的關(guān)系以及怎樣在教師專業(yè)發(fā)展過程中促進(jìn)合作。最后,本文總結(jié)了研究的成果與貢獻(xiàn),提出了研究中存在的問題以及進(jìn)一步的研究方向。關(guān)鍵詞合作,教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì),跨學(xué)科教學(xué),教師專業(yè)發(fā)展論文類型應(yīng)用研究

    • 簡介:目前培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生的創(chuàng)新思維和創(chuàng)新能力的主要途徑是為大學(xué)生開設(shè)機(jī)械創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)課程。該課程若采用傳統(tǒng)的教學(xué)模式組織教學(xué),其教學(xué)效果肯定不會很好。為了改善教學(xué)效果,在教學(xué)方法上一定要有所創(chuàng)新,以吸引學(xué)生的注意力,提高學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣。本文通過查閱大量的文獻(xiàn)、資料,對機(jī)械創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)理論、案例教學(xué)法理論進(jìn)行了深入細(xì)致的研究。文章首先對機(jī)械創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)的創(chuàng)新思維、創(chuàng)造原理、創(chuàng)新技法和機(jī)構(gòu)的創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)等進(jìn)行了論述。然后對案例教學(xué)法適用范圍、如何寫案例、如何教案例、如何學(xué)案例和案例教學(xué)評價(jià)進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的闡述。通過對案例教學(xué)法理論的研究,作者得出案例教學(xué)法滿足機(jī)械創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)課程教學(xué)的要求。在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出了“機(jī)械創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)案例教學(xué)法”。
