簡(jiǎn)介:我國(guó)基礎(chǔ)教育中的科學(xué)課程以培養(yǎng)并提高學(xué)生的科學(xué)素養(yǎng)為總目標(biāo)。電視科教節(jié)目作為一種校外科學(xué)課程資源是學(xué)校科學(xué)課程資源的重要而又有效的補(bǔ)充是培養(yǎng)與提高學(xué)生科學(xué)素養(yǎng)的良好資源。本文首先從提高全民科學(xué)素養(yǎng)和基礎(chǔ)教育課程改革的需要的角度針對(duì)中小學(xué)科學(xué)教育中存在的問(wèn)題鑒于電視科教節(jié)目的特點(diǎn)及傳播功能闡述了利用電視科教節(jié)目培養(yǎng)中小學(xué)生科學(xué)素養(yǎng)的意義及可行性。其次在電視傳播理論、科學(xué)教育理論以及建構(gòu)主義理論的指導(dǎo)下提出了電視科教節(jié)目與課堂教學(xué)相結(jié)合的兩種途徑詳盡闡述了電視科教節(jié)目的選取原則、內(nèi)容并進(jìn)行了典型案例分析。然后設(shè)計(jì)了課堂教學(xué)案例并利用定量與定性相結(jié)合的方法分析了課堂實(shí)踐的情況及結(jié)果。最后得出結(jié)論學(xué)生喜歡觀看電視科教節(jié)目并希望老師能夠?qū)⑵鋺?yīng)用于課堂教學(xué)中電視科教節(jié)目有利于學(xué)生科學(xué)素養(yǎng)的形成與培養(yǎng)。為更好地利用電視科教節(jié)目培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的科學(xué)素養(yǎng)研究建議教師將電視科教節(jié)目作為一種習(xí)慣性的課程資源適當(dāng)選取、合理應(yīng)用于課堂教學(xué)中并充分的挖掘節(jié)目?jī)?nèi)容的潛在教育價(jià)值以電視科教節(jié)目為媒介建立學(xué)校、家庭、社會(huì)三位一體的科學(xué)教育體系。

簡(jiǎn)介:ATHESISSUBMITTEDTOZHENGZHOUUNIVERSITYFORTHEDEGREEOFMASTER』£5989ESEARCHONMODEMSCIENCEANDTECHNOLOGY’SRISKANDSOCIALCONTROLLINGBYSHUYANGSUPERVISORPROFGUOLINGWANGPHILOSOPHYOFSCIENCEANDTECHNOLOGYSCHOOLOFMARXISMMAY2010摘要摘要科學(xué)技術(shù)給人類帶來(lái)了燦爛的物質(zhì)文明,同時(shí)也給人類帶來(lái)了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)與危機(jī)。隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展,由科技應(yīng)用而引發(fā)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)問(wèn)題也日益凸顯。尤其是進(jìn)入20世紀(jì)50年代后,風(fēng)險(xiǎn)問(wèn)題逐漸引起了西方學(xué)者的強(qiáng)烈關(guān)注,紛紛對(duì)其進(jìn)行研究并形成了有關(guān)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)理論與學(xué)說(shuō)。科學(xué)與技術(shù)的一體化、科技與社會(huì)的相互融合和全球化的快速推進(jìn),使現(xiàn)代科學(xué)技術(shù)正成為最大的社會(huì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)源之一。當(dāng)前,人類已經(jīng)進(jìn)入高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)時(shí)代,由科技應(yīng)用引發(fā)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)問(wèn)題更是成為當(dāng)代社會(huì)理論的主題之一,如何進(jìn)行有效的防范和控制,將科技風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的危害降至最低,成為事關(guān)人類發(fā)展的重要議題。本文在總結(jié)中外學(xué)者研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)科技風(fēng)險(xiǎn)做出新的規(guī)定,認(rèn)為由于科學(xué)技術(shù)的高度復(fù)雜性和其本身固有的不確定性而使科學(xué)技術(shù)在其應(yīng)用過(guò)程中或應(yīng)用后給人類社會(huì)帶來(lái)的不能被人們充分認(rèn)識(shí),并且任何專家都不能完全準(zhǔn)確地預(yù)測(cè)、計(jì)算和控制的潛在的、不確定的危害??偨Y(jié)了科技風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的不確定性、不可預(yù)測(cè)性、更大隱蔽性、更強(qiáng)危害性、更快的擴(kuò)散性、連鎖反應(yīng)性和生成的漸進(jìn)性等特征,就科技風(fēng)險(xiǎn)對(duì)社會(huì)造成的危害性以及成因進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析,認(rèn)為人類主體性的過(guò)分張揚(yáng)、工業(yè)社會(huì)中科技的工具理性的片面夸大、市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)中急功近利的利益驅(qū)動(dòng)、對(duì)科技盲目崇拜的價(jià)值觀和科技道德的滑坡等是導(dǎo)致科技風(fēng)險(xiǎn)增大的重要因素。提出了關(guān)于科技風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的治理模式,從內(nèi)部和外部對(duì)科技風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行社會(huì)控制,提出了對(duì)科技共同體、對(duì)社會(huì)和公眾在科技成果的應(yīng)用方面要加強(qiáng)法制控制、道德控制、技術(shù)控制、完善科技風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估機(jī)制、全球協(xié)同治理科技風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等一系列的控制措施和手段,期望達(dá)到更有效的控制科技風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的目的。風(fēng)險(xiǎn)是科學(xué)技術(shù)的內(nèi)在屬性之一,雖然科技風(fēng)險(xiǎn)不可能完全消除,但通過(guò)人類的共同努力,采取有效的控制措施,一定能將科技風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的危害降至最低,從而促使科學(xué)技術(shù)更好的為人類造福。。關(guān)鍵詞風(fēng)險(xiǎn)科技風(fēng)險(xiǎn)社會(huì)控制
