簡介:摘要1847442歐洲一體化的出現(xiàn),為全球化背景下民族國家關(guān)系構(gòu)建提供了一種新模式,也成為學(xué)術(shù)界關(guān)于國家構(gòu)造和國際關(guān)系研究的新領(lǐng)域。歐洲一體化是歐洲民族國家自身發(fā)展的內(nèi)在需要和構(gòu)建世界新格局的現(xiàn)實(shí)選擇。在歐洲一體化半個(gè)多世紀(jì)的歷程中,作為傳統(tǒng)的世界關(guān)系行為主體的民族國家在處理與跨國家組織、跨國家組織內(nèi)部的民族國家關(guān)系中,出現(xiàn)了許多新的現(xiàn)象和問題,如何繼續(xù)推進(jìn)歐洲一體化進(jìn)程是歐洲民族國家面臨的新挑戰(zhàn)。圍繞上面的主題,本文的寫作由緒論和四章組成。緒論包括選題意義、研究動(dòng)態(tài)、研究思路和研究方法四個(gè)部分;文章第一章概述了歐洲一體化的緣起,描述了歐洲一體化的發(fā)展歷程;第二章闡述了全球化背景下民族國家面臨的新問題,以及作為歐洲一體化產(chǎn)物的歐洲共同體與歐洲民族國家之問關(guān)系的適應(yīng)和調(diào)整;第三章主要描述了歐洲一體化進(jìn)程中的民族國家與歐洲共同體發(fā)展之問的利益交織、沖突與相互影響,簡要分析了歐盟成員國中出現(xiàn)的新的民族問題和宗教問題,提出了歐盟國家的移民整合問題;第四章重點(diǎn)分析了推進(jìn)歐洲一體化進(jìn)程中所涉及的歐洲認(rèn)同與民族國家認(rèn)同之問的關(guān)系,介紹了歐洲認(rèn)同中存在的爭論,提出了構(gòu)建歐洲認(rèn)同的重要性及策略。本文的主要觀點(diǎn)是歐洲一體化是一種新的國家間關(guān)系處理模式,是將成員國個(gè)體發(fā)展及區(qū)域內(nèi)集體發(fā)展相互結(jié)合以實(shí)現(xiàn)利益最大化、追求價(jià)值觀趨同和幸福共享、促進(jìn)世界多極化平衡發(fā)展的新嘗試,并會(huì)內(nèi)化于歐洲民眾的意識(shí)和經(jīng)驗(yàn)中,歐洲認(rèn)同和國家奠轡㈣關(guān)鍵詞歐洲一體化,民族國家,歐洲共同體歐盟,歐洲認(rèn)同IⅡ
