2、t ct Liang Qichao (1873-1929), the famous representative figure of the bourgeois reformists in the 19th century, is not only the giant of the era leading the development of society, but also a knowledgeable academic mas
3、ter as well, who is honored as a great master of enlightenment and spiritual leader in the Chinese modern history. As is well known, Liang Qichao is also an outstanding educator in the Chinese modern history, whose thoug
4、hts of family education, women education and normal education have had a profound and lasting effort on later generations. However, what is rarely known by people is that Ling Qichao is one of the earliest educators who
5、concern about children education in the modern education history. He rethinks and criticizes the shortcomings of Chinese traditional children education, at the same time positively learns and absorbs western advanced tho
6、ughts and ideas of children education, forming his own remarkable thought of children education. Liang published ‘Discussion on Theory of Reform- the Young to Learn’ in 1862, which presented the educational view ‘learnin
7、g in the young days will lead one’s lifetime learning’. Then he published articles such as ‘Private Discussion on Education Policy’, ‘Views on Taste Education and Educational Interest’, and forth. In which he put forward
8、 a series of details and methods of children education, shaping a new image for modern children, and what he did has made a profound and lasting effort on modern primary education. This thesis tries to make a systematic
9、 present and analysis of Liang Qicho’s thoughts of children education, by reading and arranging his document literature and works. It can be divided into four chapters. The first chapter is the introduction. Then the sec
10、ond chapter mainly describes the life experience of Liang and the forming background of his children educational thoughts. The life experience is based on his social and educational activities; while the forming backgrou
11、nd of his thoughts is presented from the social background and Liang’s own feelings of ‘education saves the nation’ both at home and abroad. Next, the third chapter, the core part of the thesis is going to interpret Lian
12、g’s characteristic thought and theory system of children education, respectively from the aspects of the status of children education, the purpose of children education, the course arrangement of children education, teac
