25、們明確這兩者的確切定義。</p><p><b> 何為GPS</b></p><p> GPS的英文全稱為Global Position System,通過簡單的翻譯之后我們便得到了:“全球衛(wèi)星定位系統(tǒng)”這樣的結(jié)果。從20世紀(jì)50年代后期開始,美國人用了30年,花了300多億美金,建造了如此一個輝煌龐大的系統(tǒng),可以說是航天史上輝煌的一筆。</p>

27、起初這套設(shè)備僅僅是用于軍事和涉及國家重要利益的民用領(lǐng)域,鑒于它的巨大價(jià)值后來才真正用作民用,并且完全免費(fèi)?,F(xiàn)如今,GPS產(chǎn)品更是層出不窮,GPS手機(jī)、車載GPS、GPS模塊……于是,經(jīng)緯度這個概念也越來越多的被提起,于是我們穿梭于地球之上也就的越來越輕松自如。</p><p><b> GPRS又是什么</b></p><p> GPRS是Gerneral Pac
28、ker Radio Service的英文縮寫,中文譯為通信無線分組業(yè)務(wù)。目前國內(nèi)的GPRS運(yùn)營商是中國移動通信,其實(shí)我們經(jīng)常在發(fā)彩信的時候用到它,簡單的說,它是無限數(shù)據(jù)的一種傳輸工具。</p><p> 具體來講,GPRS是在現(xiàn)有的GSM系統(tǒng)上發(fā)展出來的一種新的分組數(shù)據(jù)承載業(yè)務(wù)。GPRS與GSM系統(tǒng)最根本的區(qū)別是,GSM是一種電路交換系統(tǒng),而GPRS是一種分組交換系統(tǒng)。GPRS特別適用于間斷的、突發(fā)性的或頻繁的
29、、少量的數(shù)據(jù)傳輸,也適用于偶爾的大數(shù)據(jù)量傳輸。我們可以將GPRS理解為GSM的一個更高層次。</p><p> 圖為:GPRS簡單應(yīng)用案例</p><p> GPRS的收費(fèi)方式和傳統(tǒng)的GSM也有很大不同,它僅按數(shù)據(jù)流量計(jì)費(fèi),即根據(jù)用戶傳輸?shù)臄?shù)據(jù)量來計(jì)費(fèi),例如,我們在網(wǎng)上下載信息時,不是按上網(wǎng)時間計(jì)費(fèi)也就是說,只要不進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)傳輸,就算一直“在線”,也無需付費(fèi)。再做個“打電話”的比方,在使
30、用GSM+WAP手機(jī)上網(wǎng)時,就好比電話接通便開始計(jì)費(fèi);而使用GPRE+WAP上網(wǎng)則要合理得多,就像電話接通并不收費(fèi),只有對話時才計(jì)算費(fèi)用。 弄明白兩者的具體意思之后,不用講你就會明白,原來GPS和GPRS只是“樣貌”相似而已啊。不過,這兩個長相相近的家伙,倒是還真有些聯(lián)系,于是我們不得不再帶出一個概念——AGPS。</p><p><b> 淺談AGPS</b></p>
31、<p> AGPS即Assisted GPS,輔助全球衛(wèi)星定位系統(tǒng)。它是結(jié)合 GSM / GPRS 與傳統(tǒng)衛(wèi)星定位,利用基地臺代送輔助衛(wèi)星信息,以縮減 GPS 芯片獲取衛(wèi)星信號的延遲時間、受遮蓋的室內(nèi)也能藉基地臺訊號彌補(bǔ)、減輕 GPS 芯片對衛(wèi)星的依賴度等等。 因此,AGPS 能提供范圍更廣、更省電、速度更快的定位服務(wù),理想誤差范圍在 10 米以內(nèi)。</p><p><b> 圖為:A
32、GPS芯片</b></p><p> 也就算說實(shí)現(xiàn)GPS定位,完全可以通過GPRS網(wǎng)絡(luò)的幫助,使其更加的優(yōu)化。但是要實(shí)現(xiàn)AGPS技術(shù)除了要在手機(jī)內(nèi)增加GPS接收模塊之外,還需要改造手機(jī)天線、在移動網(wǎng)絡(luò)上加建位置服務(wù)器、差分GPS基準(zhǔn)站等等。如果再要提高GPS信號屏蔽地區(qū)的定位時效性,那么需要添加的技術(shù)就更多。因此,我們目前暫時還不提供該項(xiàng)服務(wù)還是能夠讓人理解的,而究竟何時我們才能在國內(nèi)用上該項(xiàng)技術(shù)也
33、不得而知。</p><p><b> 最后用三句話總結(jié):</b></p><p> 1、GPS意為“全球衛(wèi)星定位系統(tǒng)”,是一種定位技術(shù),用來確認(rèn)物體的經(jīng)緯度位置,至少十年內(nèi)不會有比GPS更先進(jìn)的定位技術(shù)。</p><p> 2、GPRS意為“通用分組無線數(shù)據(jù)服務(wù)”,只是一種數(shù)據(jù)傳輸方式,用來傳遞數(shù)據(jù)組群,如同發(fā)送手機(jī)短信息,不具備任何定位
