簡介:本論文通過實地調研,選取浙江省6所代表性中等職業(yè)學校實訓基地作為調研對象,設計訪談提綱,對中職校長、實訓基地負責人、專業(yè)帶頭人、實訓指導教師開展訪談,對中職實訓基地運行進行深入研究。研究目的在于掌握浙江省中職實訓基地運行現狀前提下,針對問題提出區(qū)域共享型實訓基地建設思路與運行機制,為最終提升中職實訓教學質量而提供參考性意見。本論文試圖對區(qū)域共享型實訓基地運行理論依據、現狀及對策做初步探討。所取得的主要研究成果是1在界定區(qū)域共享型實訓基地相關概念內涵的基礎上,論述了區(qū)域共享型實訓基地運行研究意義。2運用職業(yè)教育資源準公共產品理論和職業(yè)教育成本分擔等相關理論,對區(qū)域共享型實訓基地運行研究做出需求性與可行性分析。3通過實地調研,客觀分析浙江省目前實訓基地建設運行現狀,揭示當前存在的問題及原因。4針對存在問題,結合個案分析,提出區(qū)域共享型實訓基地運行主要對策與建議,包括運行模式、管理體制、運行特點、師資建設等。本文研究意義在于理論上豐富了中等職業(yè)教育的相關理論內容,實踐中為相關部門關于中職實訓基地建設與運行提供參考性意見。
