    • 簡(jiǎn)介:分類號(hào)UDC密級(jí)學(xué)校代號(hào)學(xué)號(hào)廣東工業(yè)大學(xué)博士學(xué)位論文工學(xué)博士118451240601011面向航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)葉片頂端修復(fù)的曲面再生算法與誤差分析吳海東指導(dǎo)教師姓名、職稱直毽學(xué)科專業(yè)或領(lǐng)域名稱扭撼電王工猩學(xué)生所屬學(xué)院扭電王猩堂醫(yī)論文答辯日期2盟墨12璺摘要摘要在航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)中,葉片是壓縮機(jī)和渦輪機(jī)的核心組件,苛刻運(yùn)行環(huán)境造成葉片嚴(yán)重磨損、扭曲、裂紋、凹坑等缺陷。由于葉片形狀的微小改變會(huì)直接導(dǎo)致航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行,缺陷葉片的精密修復(fù)就成為航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)保障其高性能的關(guān)鍵因素。目前葉片修復(fù)工作主要集中在頂端磨損、崩口、葉面磨損等缺陷,其中葉片頂端磨損尤其是扭曲葉片的頂端磨損是急需解決的關(guān)鍵。本論文針對(duì)扭曲葉片頂端磨損缺陷的修復(fù)問(wèn)題,開展精密修復(fù)過(guò)程中所需的葉片曲面模型重構(gòu)研究,提出基于遺傳算法的扭曲葉片非磨損域曲面重構(gòu)和基于G2曲面連續(xù)的葉片頂端曲面再生等方法,為葉片修復(fù)過(guò)程中的精密加工路徑的生成提供相應(yīng)的曲面模型,解決各自葉片形體精密修復(fù)的參考模型構(gòu)建難題,有利于促進(jìn)資源的再利用和經(jīng)濟(jì)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。本文的主要內(nèi)容包括如下幾個(gè)方面1較為全面地調(diào)研了航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)葉片修復(fù)的國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀和存在的難題。航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)葉片修復(fù)以葉片頂端磨損缺陷的修復(fù)居多,國(guó)外對(duì)于此類缺陷的直葉片修復(fù)己較為成熟,但對(duì)于扭曲葉片頂端磨損域的精密修復(fù)問(wèn)題仍然未有很好的解決途徑。由于葉片的制造誤差和使用過(guò)程中易發(fā)生變形等原因,使葉片原設(shè)計(jì)階段的曲面模型不再適用于修復(fù)階段,精密重建和再生修復(fù)葉片的磨損域曲面模型,成為扭曲葉片修復(fù)加工成型的重要環(huán)節(jié)。2針對(duì)葉片頂端磨損域邊界附近的未磨損域曲面模型重構(gòu)問(wèn)題,提出基于迭代的扭曲葉片未磨損域曲面重構(gòu)方法。該方法首先對(duì)截面測(cè)量數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行對(duì)正處理,推導(dǎo)出閉合B樣條曲線G2連續(xù)的表達(dá)式,以此構(gòu)建迭代插值法計(jì)算其控制點(diǎn),擬合出葉片截面輪廓線,并由此構(gòu)建出基于B樣條曲面的葉片未磨損域的曲面模型。重構(gòu)曲面的擬合平均誤差約為00325MM。為進(jìn)一步提高曲面重構(gòu)精度,本文提出基于遺傳算法的扭曲葉片未磨損域曲面重構(gòu)方法。該方法運(yùn)用遺傳算法進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)點(diǎn)參數(shù)化和節(jié)點(diǎn)矢量的配置,用最D乘逼近法計(jì)算其控制點(diǎn),無(wú)需對(duì)測(cè)量數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行精簡(jiǎn)或施加人為約束,擬合的平均誤差僅為000345LMM,擬合精度顯著提高。
