4、position and other aspects of strict .The purpose of this study is to explore the new teaching methods to improve students' learning effect for the technique of Fosbury flop. Methods:Using the method of experiment to

5、 verify the effect of the whole controlling means of run-up and take-off,Choosing the students of grade 2012 of Xi'an Physical Education University Department of physical education as the experimental object, shooti

6、ng their high jump technique with high speed camera. Using dartfish software to analysis the kinematics and dynamics parameters of thestudent’s high jump technique, analyzed and compared the two groups of experimental da

7、ta . conclusions: 1.By analysis the technical evaluation and the standard grades, the experimental group is better than that of the control group, the whole controlling means of Run-up and take- off has played a pos

8、itive role in improving the performance of high jump. 2. On the approach stage, through the control of the curvature and arc run-up straight turning, and the comparison of related data analysis the following conclusions
