3、t in the future. At the same time , the real estate industry is a capital- intensive industry. At the same time ,it is the “engineer “of the real estate financial industry based on the depe
4、ndency of financial industry. The article begins with evolution of the macro- financial control theory, learns from the foreign typical cases. Then the thesis analyzes and evaluates the policies of
5、controlling the real estate industry and preventing the bubble economy regulated by the government and the central bank. It is necessary to control the real estate for maintaining the economic
6、 growth. The real estate is an important industry , it needs many other policies coordination besides financial policies such as land, price, and laws etc. We should pay more attention to it.
