簡介:互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的迅速發(fā)展使得MOOC這種基于大數(shù)據(jù)的新型學(xué)習(xí)模式逐漸應(yīng)用到教育領(lǐng)域,它利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)、通信、多媒體技術(shù)和現(xiàn)代化的教學(xué)手段,為公眾提供大量優(yōu)質(zhì)教育資源。職業(yè)教育作為高等教育的重要組成部分,擔(dān)負(fù)著向社會輸送應(yīng)用型人才的重任,其重要性不言而喻。為實(shí)現(xiàn)職業(yè)教育的更好發(fā)展,需要結(jié)合當(dāng)下互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的優(yōu)勢,融入新元素、注入新活力,但其與MOOC的結(jié)合與應(yīng)用卻面臨著一系列的問題,需要深入探究與分析。本文通過文獻(xiàn)分析、案例分析等方法對主題展開探究,在理論和實(shí)踐層面闡述MOOC及其在職業(yè)教育領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用,在此基礎(chǔ)上對中國發(fā)展MOOC在職業(yè)教育領(lǐng)域應(yīng)用做出對策建議分析。本文除緒論和結(jié)語外,主文從以下幾個(gè)方面進(jìn)行論述第一部分探究MOOC在職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。MOOC滲透到社會各行各業(yè),對教育界產(chǎn)生巨大影響,隨著各平臺的成熟化發(fā)展,一些院校逐漸意識到職業(yè)教育參與MOOC的可能性,并著手探索職業(yè)教育的MOOC平臺。本部分從MOOC的內(nèi)涵起源與發(fā)展、職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展著手,分析職業(yè)教育MOOC平臺的建設(shè)與發(fā)展。第二部分探究MOOC與職業(yè)教育的適配性。梳理分析部分學(xué)者的研究成果,對MOOC的概念、特點(diǎn)以及職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展進(jìn)行闡釋,結(jié)合二者的特點(diǎn)著重分析適配性,得出MOOC與職業(yè)教育具有高度的契合度,MOOC應(yīng)用到職教領(lǐng)域能促進(jìn)其更好、更快、更大規(guī)模的發(fā)展。第三部分探究MOOC應(yīng)用于職教所面臨的問題及原因。分析職教MOOC在應(yīng)用過程中面臨資金技術(shù)短缺、忽略自身特色、教學(xué)資源不足、接受度和使用度低等一系列問題。進(jìn)而分析其面臨各種復(fù)雜因素的原因,從職業(yè)教育自身發(fā)展的問題、MOOC自身發(fā)展的不足以及其他利益相關(guān)者角度展開分析。第四部分對MOOC應(yīng)用于職教領(lǐng)域的對策進(jìn)行分析。MOOC應(yīng)用到職教過程中存在諸多問題,針對問題結(jié)合現(xiàn)狀探索解決思路。通過分析得出以下對策政府要做好頂層設(shè)計(jì),重點(diǎn)關(guān)注職業(yè)教育的教學(xué)資源問題;企業(yè)與院校協(xié)同共建兩類職教MOOC平臺;采用市場機(jī)制適度激勵(lì)職教MOOC的提供者;個(gè)體參與者積極參與職教MOOC的建設(shè)和使用過程;成立專門委員會審查認(rèn)證職教MOOC的課程和考核環(huán)節(jié)。本論文最終目的是通過相應(yīng)分析研究,探析在發(fā)展過程中出現(xiàn)的問題和原因,以期在今后發(fā)展中規(guī)避存在的問題,通過相應(yīng)的對策分析為職教MOOC的發(fā)展提供新的解決思路,促進(jìn)MOOC在職業(yè)教育領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用,以推進(jìn)中國職教改革,促進(jìn)職教新發(fā)展。
