簡(jiǎn)介:深入開展中等職業(yè)教育研究,是推進(jìn)走新型工業(yè)化道路和建設(shè)社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村的迫切需要,是轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)方式和提高國(guó)家競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的可靠保證,是促進(jìn)社會(huì)就業(yè)和解決“三農(nóng)”問題的重要途徑,是完善現(xiàn)代國(guó)民教育體系的必然要求,是促進(jìn)社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)建設(shè)的直接手段。本研究回顧了我國(guó)中等職業(yè)教育發(fā)展的歷程,并論證了當(dāng)前及今后相當(dāng)一段時(shí)期內(nèi)我國(guó)仍然需要大力發(fā)展職業(yè)教育,批駁了中等職業(yè)教育的消亡論,對(duì)我國(guó)中等職業(yè)教育發(fā)展中出現(xiàn)的經(jīng)費(fèi)問題,運(yùn)用公共產(chǎn)品理論、供給一一需求理論、外部性理論、政府職能理論、權(quán)責(zé)對(duì)稱理論進(jìn)行了分析,從而論證了中等職業(yè)教育應(yīng)建立公共財(cái)政予以最低保障,行業(yè)企業(yè)參與投入,受教育者學(xué)費(fèi)分擔(dān)的投入機(jī)制;對(duì)中等職業(yè)教育出現(xiàn)的生源質(zhì)量下滑、畢業(yè)生就業(yè)難等問題,從政府投入不足、管理體制不順、就業(yè)準(zhǔn)入制度和資格證書制度政策執(zhí)行不力、企業(yè)參與不積極、培養(yǎng)模式不能適應(yīng)市場(chǎng)等方面分析了問題的原因,提出了借鑒和吸收德國(guó)、法國(guó)、美國(guó)和英國(guó)中等職業(yè)教育發(fā)展的經(jīng)驗(yàn)與教訓(xùn),為解決我國(guó)的中等職業(yè)教育發(fā)展中的問題提供新思路。最后總體提出要促進(jìn)我國(guó)中等職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展,理論上職業(yè)教育要樹立科學(xué)的發(fā)展觀;實(shí)踐上主要解決一些實(shí)際問題,如匡正鄙薄中等職業(yè)教育的偏見,提高生源質(zhì)量;加大公共財(cái)政投入,增強(qiáng)基礎(chǔ)能力建設(shè);深化教育教學(xué)改革,提升中等職業(yè)教育品位;轉(zhuǎn)變政府部門職能,改善就業(yè)渠道;以法律的形式確立行業(yè)企業(yè)參與職業(yè)教育等具體對(duì)策。并對(duì)研究結(jié)果,以江西省中等職業(yè)教育發(fā)展為例進(jìn)行詮釋。

簡(jiǎn)介:山東師范大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文高等職業(yè)教育實(shí)踐教學(xué)研究與探索對(duì)山東畜牧獸醫(yī)職業(yè)學(xué)院的個(gè)案研究姓名李金申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別碩士專業(yè)教育學(xué)原理指導(dǎo)教師趙昌木20060416山東師范大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文捅要大力發(fā)展高職教育不僅對(duì)滿足社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)需要,而且對(duì)普及高等教育、提高民族素質(zhì),完善高等教育結(jié)構(gòu)和教育產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)都具有非常重要的作用。要發(fā)展高職教育,就必須根據(jù)新的形勢(shì)不斷進(jìn)行探索與改革。搞好實(shí)踐教學(xué)是高職教育發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵,是高職教育改革的“核心”和“突破口”。它決定培養(yǎng)人才的專業(yè)技能和適應(yīng)性,關(guān)系到學(xué)生的未來就業(yè)和職業(yè)生涯,影響高職教育的生存與發(fā)展??v觀世界高職教育發(fā)展歷史,無論是加拿大CBE,還是澳大利亞TAFE,德國(guó)的“雙元制”,都是實(shí)踐教學(xué)搞得比較成功。但由于我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r、企業(yè)管理體制改革等方面的影響與制約,還沒有哪一個(gè)國(guó)家的實(shí)踐教學(xué)體系模式完全適合我國(guó)。而在我們國(guó)家,不同的高職學(xué)院有不同的特色,因此,在廣泛吸取各方面經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,從實(shí)際出發(fā),探索研究并建立適合自己學(xué)院的高職教育實(shí)踐教學(xué)體系具有重大的意義。本文結(jié)合山東畜牧獸醫(yī)職業(yè)學(xué)院的實(shí)際情況,進(jìn)行高職教育實(shí)踐教學(xué)的研究與探索。本文分三部分。第一部分對(duì)高職教育實(shí)踐教學(xué)研究的文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行綜述。從高職教育實(shí)踐教學(xué)的內(nèi)涵、作用、特征和形式四個(gè)方面,對(duì)高職教育實(shí)踐教學(xué)進(jìn)行了概述。第二部分主要以山東畜牧獸醫(yī)職業(yè)學(xué)院為例,分析了目前高職教育實(shí)踐教學(xué)的狀況,指出了我國(guó)高職教育實(shí)踐教學(xué)普遍存在的對(duì)實(shí)踐教學(xué)的重視不夠,實(shí)踐教學(xué)設(shè)施投入嚴(yán)重不足,師資隊(duì)伍結(jié)構(gòu)不合理,實(shí)踐教學(xué)的管理不科學(xué),行業(yè)、企業(yè)的主體作用發(fā)揮不足,實(shí)踐教學(xué)課程設(shè)計(jì)不完善,以及實(shí)踐教學(xué)評(píng)估體系不健全等問題。第三部分是基于山東畜牧獸醫(yī)職業(yè)學(xué)院實(shí)踐教學(xué)改革的探究,提出改進(jìn)高職教育實(shí)踐教學(xué)的對(duì)策。第一,通過大規(guī)模的輿論宣傳和有關(guān)文件學(xué)習(xí),在學(xué)院內(nèi)營(yíng)造了~個(gè)良好的重視實(shí)踐教學(xué)的氛圍,使教育者的辦學(xué)理念及辦學(xué)思想得以改變,大家在思想和行動(dòng)上能自覺地對(duì)實(shí)踐教學(xué)給以足夠的重視。第二,通過加強(qiáng)實(shí)驗(yàn)室和校內(nèi)外實(shí)訓(xùn)基地的建設(shè),改善實(shí)踐教學(xué)的條件。第三,通過聘請(qǐng)職業(yè)教育專家和工程技術(shù)人員到校講學(xué);把缺乏實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)和技能的教師定期送到對(duì)應(yīng)的生產(chǎn)部門,進(jìn)行專業(yè)實(shí)習(xí)和技能訓(xùn)練;開展科技服務(wù)與開發(fā)活動(dòng)鼓勵(lì)教師進(jìn)行深造;支持教師從事高職教育教學(xué)工作的研究;擴(kuò)大兼職教師的比例等方式,提
