簡(jiǎn)介:隨著社會(huì)建設(shè)與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,越來(lái)越多高速公路需要穿過(guò)采空區(qū)。當(dāng)存在諸多原因,高速公路設(shè)計(jì)路線不能避讓采空區(qū)時(shí),只能在采空區(qū)上方穿過(guò)。煤層采動(dòng)后,會(huì)引起地表的移動(dòng)變形,會(huì)對(duì)高速公路結(jié)構(gòu)物產(chǎn)生一定的影響,威脅結(jié)構(gòu)安全,影響高速公路運(yùn)營(yíng)。根據(jù)采空區(qū)的開(kāi)采情況,可將采空區(qū)分為準(zhǔn)采空區(qū)、新采空區(qū)和老采空區(qū)。其中,準(zhǔn)采空區(qū)是指已經(jīng)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)劃尚未開(kāi)采的采區(qū),新采空區(qū)是指正在開(kāi)采或停采時(shí)間少于一年的采空區(qū),而老采空區(qū)是指已停止開(kāi)采且停采時(shí)間超過(guò)一年的采空區(qū)。不同采空區(qū)由于開(kāi)采時(shí)間不同,所引起的地表移動(dòng)變形程度也不同。老采空區(qū)由于停采一段時(shí)間,地表移動(dòng)變形不活躍,趨于平穩(wěn)而準(zhǔn)采空區(qū)是由于未來(lái)采動(dòng)所形成,地表移動(dòng)變形尚未發(fā)生,未來(lái)一旦發(fā)生將十分活躍。無(wú)論是針對(duì)于哪種采空區(qū),都要考慮地表移動(dòng)變形對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)物的影響。對(duì)于未建結(jié)構(gòu),需要充分考慮壓煤采動(dòng)對(duì)地表移動(dòng)變形影響來(lái)進(jìn)行初步設(shè)計(jì)和施工圖設(shè)計(jì)而對(duì)于已建或者新建結(jié)構(gòu),則需要考慮治理采空區(qū)或整改結(jié)構(gòu)物來(lái)使結(jié)構(gòu)物適應(yīng)壓煤采動(dòng)所引起的地表移動(dòng)變形。論文中所依托的工程銅梁到永川高速公路就是既有高速公路穿過(guò)準(zhǔn)采空區(qū),需要對(duì)既有橋梁工程進(jìn)行整改,使其適應(yīng)地表移動(dòng)變形,保證結(jié)構(gòu)安全。本研究主要內(nèi)容包括①基于現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)研和勘察資料,介紹銅梁到永川高速公路工程的地理位置、地形地貌、水文氣象、地質(zhì)構(gòu)造、壓煤概況與施工現(xiàn)狀;②詳細(xì)論述地表移動(dòng)變形對(duì)橋梁的影響,分析下沉、傾斜、曲率、水平移動(dòng)和水平變形對(duì)高速公路的影響,并判斷哪些指標(biāo)影響顯著。介紹地表移動(dòng)變形的預(yù)計(jì)方法概率積分法,及其指標(biāo)控制的選取和參數(shù)的選取,并計(jì)算每個(gè)橋梁所預(yù)計(jì)的地表移動(dòng)變形結(jié)果;③采用概率積分法所預(yù)計(jì)的地表移動(dòng)變形值,運(yùn)用AS有限元分析軟件,計(jì)算既有橋梁上部結(jié)構(gòu)受力在采動(dòng)影響下能否滿足規(guī)范要求,并計(jì)算橋梁下部結(jié)構(gòu)和附屬結(jié)構(gòu)能否適應(yīng)地表移動(dòng)變形,來(lái)分析原設(shè)計(jì)橋梁對(duì)未來(lái)采動(dòng)所引起地表移動(dòng)變形的適應(yīng)能力;④根據(jù)原橋梁適應(yīng)地表移動(dòng)變形能力的分析結(jié)果,針對(duì)簡(jiǎn)支梁、連續(xù)箱梁和先簡(jiǎn)支后結(jié)構(gòu)連續(xù)T梁提出合理的整改方案,使其適應(yīng)地表移動(dòng)變形,并細(xì)化施工過(guò)程與施工工藝;⑤提出橋梁采動(dòng)位移變形監(jiān)測(cè)控制方案,對(duì)受采動(dòng)影響橋梁進(jìn)行監(jiān)控,確保運(yùn)營(yíng)安全同時(shí),提出各個(gè)部門(mén)協(xié)作機(jī)制,加強(qiáng)部門(mén)間的協(xié)作。

簡(jiǎn)介:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展對(duì)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)的需求增長(zhǎng),大型橋梁在國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)生活中的作用越來(lái)越重要,橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)安全監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)相繼運(yùn)用到這些大型橋梁中,并得到了迅速發(fā)展,這項(xiàng)課題日益成為國(guó)內(nèi)外橋梁學(xué)術(shù)界和工程界的研究熱點(diǎn)。本文以國(guó)內(nèi)外橋梁監(jiān)測(cè)及評(píng)估的理論和技術(shù)為基礎(chǔ),根據(jù)本文中監(jiān)測(cè)對(duì)象的自身特點(diǎn)及項(xiàng)目需要,提出了通過(guò)實(shí)時(shí)的數(shù)據(jù)采集和通訊網(wǎng)絡(luò),設(shè)計(jì)基于振動(dòng)的橋梁局部結(jié)構(gòu)安全評(píng)估指標(biāo),建立了以層次分析法為基礎(chǔ)的結(jié)構(gòu)安全狀況綜合評(píng)估的架構(gòu)與模式,并確定了系統(tǒng)軟件架構(gòu)和實(shí)施解決方案,介紹了系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)過(guò)程,總結(jié)了建立橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)安全在線監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)的一般方法。本文的主要工作包括1根據(jù)監(jiān)測(cè)參數(shù)的實(shí)際需要,對(duì)傳感器進(jìn)行選型,并針對(duì)傳感器數(shù)量和布點(diǎn)的選擇進(jìn)行了研究,分析寬帶方式和無(wú)線方式兩種數(shù)據(jù)傳輸網(wǎng)絡(luò)方案的選取,并提出了混合型遠(yuǎn)程通訊處理機(jī)制。2針對(duì)本文的實(shí)際情況,提出橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)局部安全評(píng)估方法一相對(duì)劣化度法,通過(guò)對(duì)原始數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行歸一化、消除趨勢(shì)項(xiàng)、帶通濾波和選擇合適的窗函數(shù)等數(shù)據(jù)預(yù)處理、得到需要的時(shí)域數(shù)據(jù),進(jìn)而采用周期圖法對(duì)原始信號(hào)進(jìn)行頻譜分析,給出得到該安全評(píng)估指標(biāo)的具體方法,并在最后通過(guò)對(duì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)采集的實(shí)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證。3針對(duì)本系統(tǒng)中監(jiān)測(cè)對(duì)象的實(shí)際特點(diǎn),在吸收和采用已有成果的基本思想的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外橋梁評(píng)估領(lǐng)域和其他相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的研究成果,建立了以層次分析法為基礎(chǔ)的的結(jié)構(gòu)安全狀況綜合評(píng)估的架構(gòu)與模式,設(shè)計(jì)了針對(duì)本系統(tǒng)中所監(jiān)測(cè)的中河高架的狀態(tài)評(píng)估模型。4監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)。從系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)入手,綜合考慮系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)、用戶接口、運(yùn)行環(huán)境、性能、安全性、用戶易操作性、給出了建立橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)安全在線監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)的模塊化設(shè)計(jì)方法,并分析了系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)中界面層次設(shè)置、系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)體系選取等具體實(shí)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題。
