簡介:浙江工商大學碩士學位論文我國航空物流體系的運作模式研究姓名陳海勇申請學位級別碩士專業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟學指導(dǎo)教師錢方明趙英軍20080101浙江工商大學碩士學位論文我國航空物流體系的運作模式研究面,論文提出了制定完善航空物流發(fā)展規(guī)劃和相應(yīng)政策法規(guī)等方面的建議。本文的主要內(nèi)容第一部分描述了世界航空貨運業(yè)的概況,通過縱橫數(shù)據(jù)對比,看到擁有強大物流背景的航空貨運企業(yè),在現(xiàn)今市場全球一體化的趨勢下快速發(fā)展的現(xiàn)象。然后在一般物流原理的基礎(chǔ)上引申出航空物流及其體系的理論,并進行了詳細的論述。這奠定了下文的理論基礎(chǔ)。第二部分開篇用最新的統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)列舉了我國航空貨運業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀。在運用相關(guān)的經(jīng)濟學原理進行了一般意義的定性討論后,筆者也嘗試運用我國航空運輸企業(yè)生產(chǎn)函數(shù)模型估計的結(jié)果,解析航空貨運生產(chǎn)要素的供給與產(chǎn)出關(guān)系和貨運物流化措施的本質(zhì)聯(lián)系,以量化的論據(jù)深化了上文得出的結(jié)論一航空貨運必須走物流化發(fā)展道路結(jié)論。第三部分在以上分析的基礎(chǔ)上,本文對航空物流體系的運作模式作了理論探討。先是詳細介紹了當今主流的航空物流體系中的三種運作模式一傳統(tǒng)模式、快件模式、綜合物流模式,然后闡述了新興的供應(yīng)鏈管理模式的理論及實踐狀況,結(jié)合上文提到的我國現(xiàn)實條件得出了構(gòu)建我國新型的航空物流模式應(yīng)該是基于物流的現(xiàn)有的航空運輸企業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)型的結(jié)論,之后運用國內(nèi)外實踐的結(jié)果和本文的研究成果,本人提出了我國航空貨運企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型的方向和途徑。第四部分詳細說明了建立有利于我國物流發(fā)展的政府管理體制,并對如何從法規(guī)制定、節(jié)點和信息平臺建設(shè)以及人才培養(yǎng)等方面提出了政策建議。關(guān)鍵詞航空物流;航空貨運;生產(chǎn)函數(shù);運作模式
