簡介:分類號密級UDC1注學位論文航空公司與酒店合作聯(lián)盟的最優(yōu)決策及收益分配機制研究(題名和副題名)吳笙(作者姓名)指導教師姓名唐小我電子科技大學成都(職務、職稱、學位、單位名稱及地址)申請專業(yè)學位級別碩士專業(yè)名稱數(shù)量經濟學論文提交日期20094論文答辯日期20096學位授予單位和日期電子科技大學答辯委員會主席評閱人2009年月日注1注明國際十進分類法UDC的類號。摘要I摘要當前旅游市場競爭呈現(xiàn)出多元化的新特點旅客需求多樣化、差異化,導致旅游產品/服務壽命周期越來越短;旅游產品/服務品種、數(shù)量飛速膨脹;對旅游產品和服務的期望越來越高;成熟市場已趨于飽和;旅客需求的不確定性增大。這些因素導致“市場擾動性”增強。傳統(tǒng)的單一旅游企業(yè)依靠自身資源的運作模式已難以適應這一變化的要求,企業(yè)必須整合外部資源實施供應鏈管理,從單個旅游企業(yè)的市場競爭轉向旅游供應鏈之間的競爭?;诼糜喂湣皺M向一體化”的思想,國內外的許多航空公司和酒店積極地將各自的航線網(wǎng)絡、銷售網(wǎng)絡與旅游目的地的資源整合起來,優(yōu)化配置資源,創(chuàng)造出“機票+酒店”的增值產品,以滿足自助游客和商務客人的需求,開拓新的市場。這種合作方式可以實現(xiàn)雙贏、甚至多贏的局面。而上述合作能否持續(xù)進行的關鍵就是提供服務的航空公司與酒店之間的收益分配能否達成一致。由于航空公司與酒店是兩個不同的利益主體,都以自身利益最大化為目標,因此在收益分配上很難達成一致性的意見,導致整個聯(lián)盟系統(tǒng)效率低下(系統(tǒng)收益減少)甚至合作破裂。本文研究的內容就是協(xié)調使航空公司與酒店在合作推出“機票酒店”旅行套餐后能實現(xiàn)聯(lián)盟整體收益最大化和雙方各自收益的增加。具體地說,就是確定聯(lián)盟成員間最優(yōu)訂購量和最優(yōu)訂購價。最優(yōu)訂購量決定了聯(lián)盟的整體收益,而最優(yōu)訂購價關系到聯(lián)盟成員間的收益分配,它們是整個研究問題的關鍵因素。在對收益管理、旅游供應鏈和傳統(tǒng)供應鏈管理三個方面相關文獻研究的基礎上,本文根據(jù)非合作博弈和合作博弈的思想,在航空公司和酒店雙重能力約束的情況下構建了收益分配的定量分析模型,研究了為使得聯(lián)盟整體收益達到最大化,同時實現(xiàn)航空公司和酒店自身收益的提高,雙方可以采用的協(xié)調機制。首先,研究了航空公司和酒店分散化決策時的最優(yōu)收益,包括酒店和航空公司分別作為領導者的STACKELBERG博弈模型;然后研究了航空公司和酒店集中化決策時的最優(yōu)收益,并使用合作博弈的SHAPLEY值法根據(jù)各方給聯(lián)盟帶來的邊際貢獻對雙方合作生成的最大整體收益進行合理分配,使得集體利益與個體利益達到均衡;接著研究了航空公司和酒店使用非合作博弈的收入共享契約進行收益分配,證明了收入

簡介:中南大學博士學位論文航空公司戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟合作伙伴選擇與合作管理研究姓名胡志群申請學位級別博士專業(yè)管理科學與工程指導教師陳曉紅20070101第三,提出了航空戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟伙伴學習能力的影響因素模型和提高策略,并提出了四類不同的風險防范策略。本文運用資源理論和價值網(wǎng)理論,分析了航空戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟內合作競爭的必然性;通過分析競爭能力、學習能力和風險防范能力之間的關系,分析得到航空戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟內合作競爭的主要方式是學習和風險防范。學習能力的影響因素模型表明,聯(lián)盟航空公司的知識獲取和理解能力決定于聯(lián)盟合作伙伴的透明度和聯(lián)盟航空公司的接受能力。影響合作伙伴透明度的因素有三類聯(lián)盟合作伙伴方面的因素、與聯(lián)盟航空公司與聯(lián)盟合作伙伴之間的因素、知識特性因素。每類因素又包含若干個子因素。影響聯(lián)盟航空公司的接受能力的因素有三類聯(lián)盟航空公司層面的因素、聯(lián)盟航空公司成員層面的因素、知識特性因素。每類因素也包含若干個子因素。本文提出的提高航空戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟內航空公司學習能力的策略共六條,涉及聯(lián)盟航空公司內的各個層面。本文基于不同類別的風險和不同類別的資源,提出了四類不同的風險防范策略加強控制型策略、提高柔性型策略、適度透明型策略和增強效益型策略。四類風險管理策略分別適用于不同的類別的風險和不同類別的資源,分別需要不同的實施方法或具體策略。第四,運用南航加入天合聯(lián)盟的案例論證了上述創(chuàng)新成果。最后,分析了中國航空業(yè)戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟發(fā)展的必要性與緊迫性,提出了促進我國航空公司戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟發(fā)展的行業(yè)對策。關鍵詞航空公司;戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟;利益分配;合作管理;Ⅱ

簡介:基于可召回機制的航空公司座位存量控制研究重慶大學碩士學位論文學生姓名張道明指導老師于輝教授專業(yè)企業(yè)管理學科門類管理學重慶大學經濟與工商管理學院二OO九年四月摘要現(xiàn)階段,隨著航空服務業(yè)競爭的日益加劇,國內航空公司為了能夠更好的生存和發(fā)展,開始慢慢的意識到引入收益管理系統(tǒng)的重要性,越來越多的航空公司開始引入國外先進的收益管理系統(tǒng)進行艙位控制,以期實現(xiàn)收益的最大化。收益管理是近20年來興起的航空公司科學管理方法和研究熱點,艙位控制是收益管理中的重要組成部分。本文以航空客運收益管理中艙位分配問題為主要研究對象,對引入可召回機制后的艙位分配等問題開展了深入的研究。本文首先研究了航空公司已有的收益管理座位存量控制方法的不足及其影響。針對航空公司機票銷售收益管理的單航班艙位控制問題,本文建議了可召回艙位控制機制,構造了一個單航班三階段(可召回票階段、低價票階段和高價票階段)整數(shù)隨機優(yōu)化模型,發(fā)現(xiàn)了通過這種可召回實物(機票)期權機制航空公司可實現(xiàn)風險對沖套利。最后,通過分析引入可召回票前后航空公司整體收益的變化情況,證明實施可召回機制能增大航空公司的整體收益。對于航空公司來說,實施可召回機制是一種可增加額外收入的無風險措施??烧倩貦C制的引入無論對于航空公司還是對于旅客來說,都是一種非常好的工具,是一種能夠實現(xiàn)共贏的座位控制機制。可召回機制在理論上為航空公司增大收益提供了一條可供選擇的途徑,可作為高艙位需求預測不準確時對決策的修正。同時無論對于時間敏感型旅客還是價格敏感型旅客,可召回票都是一種非常好的選擇,可召回機制的引入實際上是一種PARETO改進過程。因此,研究和實施可召回機制對航空運輸企業(yè)具有重要的意義。關鍵詞關鍵詞收益管理,艙位控制,可召回機制,模型研究
