3、stem has broadened the investment in education channel, relieved the educational appropriations tension to a certain extent, promoted development of our country’s higher education cause forcefully. But as the putting int
4、o effect of the regular universities tuition fees system, in recent years, the higher of regular universities tuition fees arouse widespread concern in the community, and become a issue in the society, from the perspecti
5、ve of the theory and practice ,this thesis to discuss the issue of regular universities tuition fees has deeper practical significance. This thesis wielded the fundamental theory of economics , drawing support from metho
6、ds such as history analysing law , comparatively studying law , the document consulting law , qualitative analysing law,etc. tried to design a universities tuition fees model that are science and rationality , and I have
7、 submitted some pieces of suggestion to perfect the regular universities tuition fees system rationally. The main body of this thesis is composed of five parts, structure as follows: Part I: Introduction part , I introd
8、uced the background and significance of this topic having been selected in this thesis ; summed up five subjects in the research about regular universities tuition fees problem in home and abroad; and summed up the resea
