3、ntinuous development of the automotive industry, the number of car ownership grows rapidly, for the convenience of people's travel at the same time, but also with the exhaust emissions produced serious environmental
4、problems. Since the carbon dioxide emissions have occupied a large proportion, there is a direct relationship between the exhaust and the problem of global warming as well as the rise of sea level. Therefore, the applica
5、tion of new energy vehicles as a solution to alleviate this situation has the positive environmental benefits of society.It is of practical significance for the development of new energy automobile industry, as well as t
6、he achievement of energy saving and emission-reduction to find an effective promotion mode. This paper, based on the domestic and foreign literature research, firstly analyzes the influencing factors of the application o
7、f new energy vehicles, discusses the influence and development of different factors, on this basis, describes the promotion of new energy vehicles in the existing modes. Then, analyzes and compares the effect of China
8、9;s current promotion model with a case of supply and demand under different policy levels. Combined with foreign carbon emissions trading model and China's energy structure, the paper explores the innovation model o
9、f China's new energy vehicle application and promotion. Finally, from the perspective of carbon emission reduction, the Vensim software, a useful tool in building system dynamic model, is used to simulate and analyze
10、 the application effect in typical scenarios of national macro-control and market mechanism, accompanied by the sensitivity tests of different promoting ways of adjustment levels. The results show that by merely relying
11、on the national macro-control means, such as financial subsidy, tax relief and favoured policy, the energy development of the automobile industry cannot be supported for a long period. The adjusting mode of the market me
12、chanism in the stage of industrial development, not only ease the the country's fiscal expenditure burden, but also plays a significant role in promoting the independent development of new energy automotive industry.
