1、隨著中國(guó)加入世界貿(mào)易組織(WTO),國(guó)際貿(mào)易日益頻繁.國(guó)際商務(wù)談判在國(guó)際貿(mào)易中扮演核心角色,國(guó)際商務(wù)談判的成敗與否將直接關(guān)系到企業(yè)自身的興衰成敗.本文作者選取中美商務(wù)談判作為本文的研究對(duì)象,其原因如下:美國(guó)是世界上唯一的超級(jí)大國(guó)以及最大的發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家,而中國(guó)是世界上最大的發(fā)展中國(guó)家;隨著中國(guó)加入WTO,中美兩國(guó)的貿(mào)易往來與日俱增;中美兩國(guó)之間存在較大的文化差異,甚至出現(xiàn)文化沖突.從文化視角對(duì)中美商務(wù)談判進(jìn)行研究具有很強(qiáng)的時(shí)代感和實(shí)用性,這正
