5、eat significance for the master and screening the graduate teaching ability levels, to improve the teaching quality of college high-level personnel, to ensure the full realization of the objectives of t

6、he personnel training. Therefore, various colleges and universities in building science, teaching ability evaluation system. To reduce the subjective evaluation results to ensure that scientific and accurate calcul

7、ation of the evaluation results, the paper AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation wears combined use of the Analytic Hierarchy Process to establish the evaluation system of teaching ability hiera

8、rchical relationships, at the same time were calculated for each indicators operator accounting for the weight value, graduate teaching ability evaluation system includes expert teacher evaluation system, student evalua

9、tion system, intern selfevaluation system of three subsystems, namely the use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to establish evaluation model. The evaluation results obtained through empirical calculation based
