2、fic effects on the target organ and the sensitive tissue. The androgen and androgen receptor level can be influenced by many factors such as the process of metabolism, individual exercise capacity et al. In
3、this article, we probed into the influence of different training intensity on androgen and gene expression of androgen receptor of quadriceps femoris in puberty rats and aimed at providing some theoretical b
4、asis for the exercise training of youth. 70 SD rats,4 weeks of age, were assigned randomly to three groups: baseline control, exercise and control. The exercise group was divided respectively into low
5、 loading exercise and high loading exercise subgroups and 6 9 weeks exercise subgroups. Both groups were treadmill- trained for 6 weeks and 9 weeks respectively, 5d/week ,60min/day. After training , blood
6、 and muscles are collected for the test of serum T quadriceps femoris T quadriceps femoris AR mRNA and protein content. The results showed that the serum T and quadriceps femoris T increase in the low
7、intensity group. the serum T of the high intensity group increase in the growth spurt period 6 weeks group and much lower than the low intensity group in 9 weeks group, but it is still much higher than
8、the control group.The quadriceps femoris T of the high intensity group increase in the growth spurt period .The expression of AR mRNA of quadriceps femoris increase with aging before and after the growth pe
9、riod. ARmRNA increase in both high and low intensity group which is consistent with T level. The quadriceps femoris T decrease in high intensity group with 9 weeks training, ARmRNA level are significantly higher tha
10、n the control group. Presumably it is caused by the compensatory affect of our body.(4) there is no difference in the protein content of high and low intensity group. This result indicates that the tra
