2、The core self-evaluation of the recent study of personality has become a new hot spot. The core structure of the self-evaluation of its reliability and validity of the questionnaire has been generally supported by empiri
3、cal research, and studies have shown that the core of self-evaluation can contribute significantly to the prediction of job satisfaction and job performance, and so on acts of variables. The core self-evaluation in the f
4、ield of applied research in the personality attaches increasing importance. This study has two parts, the first part is the third part of the research on the core of the staff structure of the self-evaluation, the prepa
5、ration of the core self-evaluation questionnaires. In this paper used interviews, questionnaires and other items collected to make out the Chinese version of the self-assessment questionnaire. In this paper, the initial
6、survey conducted exploratory factor analysis to determine the final 22 projects as the core of self-evaluation of the final project, and got five dimensions through confirmatory analysis, that is, in general self-efficac
7、y, emotional stability, Self-esteem, relationships and internal and external control; The second study is the fourth part. It is to study the core of self-evaluation of job satisfaction and job performance. Conclusion of
8、 the study are as follows: (1) The core of Chinese enterprise employees self-assessment questionnaire has22 items, including the five dimensions of the general self-efficacy, self-esteem, relationships, both within and
9、outside the control and emotional stability. The questionnaire has good reliability and validity, can be served as an effective and practical tool for measuring personality in the use of psychological research. (2) Inde
10、pendent samples T test and analysis of variance showed that the core self-evaluation differed in terms of the gender and age. there are significant differences in male and female, aged 30-40 years old between the core st
11、aff of the highest self-evaluation; There is no significant difference in terms of marital status and education, but the core of unmarried employees is higher than that of married employees, and the undergraduates share
