簡介:華中師范大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文論科學(xué)精神的傳播機(jī)制姓名寇軍申請學(xué)位級(jí)別碩士專業(yè)科學(xué)技術(shù)哲學(xué)指導(dǎo)教師李以章200051一、科學(xué)精神的傳播機(jī)制一科學(xué)與科學(xué)精神I、“科學(xué)”的內(nèi)涵認(rèn)識(shí)和價(jià)值認(rèn)識(shí)“科學(xué)”1L詞在當(dāng)今、類知識(shí)信皂總匯里,在社會(huì)生產(chǎn)實(shí)踐過程中和人們的社會(huì)日常生活世界里,出現(xiàn)的頻率可以說是很高的,這普遍的現(xiàn)象廣泛存在于我們可以想象的范圍,“許多研究領(lǐng)域被其支持者稱為科學(xué),力圖暗示他們采用的方法是如傳統(tǒng)的科學(xué)例如物理學(xué)那樣有著堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)和可能產(chǎn)生成果。政治科學(xué)和社會(huì)科學(xué)現(xiàn)在是平常的事了。?N此外,圖書館學(xué)、管理科學(xué)、講演科學(xué)、森林科學(xué)、食用肉和肉血科學(xué),甚至喪葬科學(xué)都是在美國的學(xué)院和大學(xué)里通常講授著或者最近講授過的課程?!雹苷?yàn)槿绱耍瑹o論常、還是專家學(xué)者就提出了以下的問題科學(xué)究竟是什么“科學(xué)”這一語詞涵義的確立是以其內(nèi)蘊(yùn)的本征性內(nèi)涵為基礎(chǔ)的,但確立的過程卻是在社會(huì)歷史與現(xiàn)實(shí)的意域里展開的。在回答“科學(xué)是什么”時(shí)首先存在描述性的成份,即其是“怎樣怎樣”的活動(dòng)過程、知識(shí)體系、方法手段等等方面,同時(shí)具有隱喻性意義的內(nèi)容如功能、價(jià)值等也自然地顯現(xiàn)出來。比如SCIENCE譯為“賽因斯”本是英文“科學(xué)”的音譯,但以“賽先生”指認(rèn)“科學(xué)”則具有“先生”的中文含義,充分表明了對科學(xué)的社會(huì)功能的價(jià)值態(tài)度,反映了中國在被西方的“船堅(jiān)炮利”打破了天朝大國夢后,以“救國、富國、強(qiáng)國”為核心的社會(huì)思想產(chǎn)生的社會(huì)歷史背景。直至當(dāng)前,我們的社會(huì)政策中類似的思想仍是基于我們對社會(huì)歷史與現(xiàn)實(shí)在經(jīng)過綜合考慮后對“科學(xué)是什么”的一種社會(huì)的政治的回答和闡釋。正如貝爾納J.D.B瞰LAL190L一1971指出的,“科學(xué)本來不能用定義來詮釋”,“必須用廣泛的闡明性的敘述來作為唯一的表達(dá)方法?!?’因此,對于“科學(xué)”的認(rèn)識(shí)必須既包括歷史演革過程中形成的科學(xué)本征內(nèi)涵的“敘述”,還應(yīng)包括在社會(huì)歷史與現(xiàn)實(shí)背景里科學(xué)的社會(huì)價(jià)值的“敘述”,而價(jià)值的認(rèn)識(shí)則是通過科學(xué)的社會(huì)功能為中介進(jìn)行的,或許這樣的“科學(xué)”的認(rèn)識(shí)才是具有全面1
