簡(jiǎn)介:中國(guó)民用航空學(xué)院碩士學(xué)位論文摘要論文緊密結(jié)合航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)維修中的實(shí)際問(wèn)題,對(duì)維修過(guò)程中的裝配間隙對(duì)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)性能的影響進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,介紹了多元線性回歸的基本理論和方法,重點(diǎn)分析了發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)裝配間隙對(duì)風(fēng)扇壓氣機(jī)和渦輪性能的影響。論文完成以下主要工作T收集了AMECO近年來(lái)維修的PW4000發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的裝配間隙數(shù)據(jù)和試車(chē)數(shù)據(jù),并對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行整理,以此作為統(tǒng)計(jì)分析的依據(jù)2用相關(guān)分析和逐步回歸方法選擇那些對(duì)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)性能有重要影響的間隙,將選出來(lái)的間隙與EGT建立多元線性回歸模型和多元非線性回歸模型,通過(guò)計(jì)算以及對(duì)回歸模型的檢驗(yàn)后,給出兩種模型下的擬合效果圖,繪出EGT隨間隙變化的性能曲線圖,最后還分別用兩種模型進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè),得到合理的結(jié)果3通過(guò)逐步回歸方法選擇對(duì)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)其余的性能參數(shù)如N2NT和WF有重要影響的間隙,將這些選出來(lái)的間隙與三個(gè)性能參數(shù)建立多元非線性回歸模型,通過(guò)計(jì)算和對(duì)回歸模型的檢驗(yàn)后,給出在該模型下的擬合效果圖,繪出三個(gè)性能參數(shù)隨間隙變化的性能曲線圖,最后還分別用該模型對(duì)四個(gè)樣本進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè),得到合理的結(jié)果4用逐步回歸方法選擇出對(duì)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的推力有重要影響的間隙,并建立間隙與推力之間的多元線性回歸模型并通過(guò)該模型進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè),得到合理的結(jié)果結(jié)合課題工作,論文利用VC和ODBC數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)開(kāi)發(fā)了應(yīng)用程序,通過(guò)該程序可以對(duì)EGT等航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)性能參數(shù)進(jìn)行了分析,為評(píng)估、預(yù)測(cè)裝配間隙對(duì)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)性能影響提供了參考,為以后發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)維修提供參考和指導(dǎo)。關(guān)鍵詞航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)間隙性能分析多元回歸分析一一一一一一一一一一一一絲韭遇碩士學(xué)位論文ACCORDINGTOTHEACHIEVEMENTOFTHEPROJECTANAPPLICATIONPROGRAMISDEVELOPEDBYVCLANGUAGEANDODBCDATABASESUCHPROGRAMCANBEUSEDTOANALYZETHEPERFORMANCEPARAMETERSSUCHASEGTN2N1ANDWEITALSOCANGIVESOMEREFERREDADVICEOFMAINTENANCEWHENTHEINFLUENCETHATTOLERANCECLEARANCESAFFECTEDAEROENGINEPERFORMANCEISESTIMATEDANDFORECASTEDKEYWORDAEROENGINETIPCLEARANCEPERFORMANCEMULTIREGRESSIONM

簡(jiǎn)介:廣西大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文航空鋁合金的沖擊韌性研究姓名王力軍申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別碩士專(zhuān)業(yè)材料加工工程指導(dǎo)教師曾建民20050501廣西大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文航空鋁合金的沖擊韌性研究力集中影響,先減小后增大,縱向中面等效應(yīng)力近乎不變,最大等效應(yīng)力出現(xiàn)在缺口根部;標(biāo)準(zhǔn)缺口應(yīng)力集中系數(shù)KT是時(shí)間的函數(shù),隨時(shí)間的增加,KT緩慢增大后又緩慢減小,其中夏氏U型與夏氏鑰匙型變化近似重合,應(yīng)力集中系數(shù)最小,梅式U型次之,夏氏V型最大;標(biāo)準(zhǔn)缺口試樣對(duì)缺口根部達(dá)到斷裂的響應(yīng)時(shí)間不同,夏氏V型最快,其次是梅氏U型和夏氏U型,夏氏鑰匙型最慢。2缺口的外形尺寸對(duì)于缺口根部應(yīng)力分布具有較大的影響,缺口越深,曲率半徑越小,缺口側(cè)邊夾角越尖銳,缺口根部區(qū)域應(yīng)力越集中,缺口頂端的曲率半徑影晌作用最大,側(cè)邊角和缺口深度起次要作用。3根據(jù)計(jì)算結(jié)果設(shè)計(jì)了刀切I型缺口沖擊試樣,充分強(qiáng)化材料本身的應(yīng)力狀態(tài),大大提高了用沖擊試驗(yàn)方法檢驗(yàn)高韌性材料本身缺陷的敏感性。4當(dāng)裂紋擴(kuò)展功遠(yuǎn)大于裂紋萌生功時(shí),試樣處于韌性斷裂狀態(tài),反之處于脆性斷裂狀態(tài),航空鍛造鋁合金LD2鋁合金的塑性變形能和裂紋失穩(wěn)擴(kuò)展能之和遠(yuǎn)大于彈性變形能,證實(shí)航空鍛造LD2鋁合金是高塑性合金,采用常規(guī)沖擊方法一夏比CHARPYV型缺口沖擊試驗(yàn)檢驗(yàn)其材料具有一定的局限性。5不同含氫量下的不同類(lèi)型試樣的沖擊韌性值存在明顯差異,刀切I型缺口沖擊試樣對(duì)氮最為敏感,而氫含量在0.1ML_/1009左右,無(wú)缺口試樣更為實(shí)用。6隨著合金氫含量的增加,其不同缺口形式的沖擊試樣沖擊韌性值呈不同速度增長(zhǎng);沖擊韌性值的大小較大程度上與氫存在的形態(tài)和分布II

簡(jiǎn)介:中圖分類(lèi)號(hào)理2窆UDC68L碩士學(xué)位論文學(xué)校代碼Q§三三密級(jí)公玨航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)導(dǎo)流葉片導(dǎo)流角的測(cè)量與分析MEASUREMENTANDANALYSISOFAEROENGINEGUIDEVANE’SDIVERSIONANGLE作者姓名丁梓健學(xué)科專(zhuān)業(yè)控制科學(xué)與工程研究方向智能檢測(cè)學(xué)院系、所信息科學(xué)與工程學(xué)院指導(dǎo)教師魯五一教授副指導(dǎo)教師論文答辯日期蘭絲蘭』勺答辯委員會(huì)主席齜中南大學(xué)二零一四年五月航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)導(dǎo)流葉片導(dǎo)流角的測(cè)量與分析摘要飛機(jī)在飛行過(guò)程中的座艙抖動(dòng)現(xiàn)象一直以來(lái)都是航空領(lǐng)域中復(fù)雜且容易引發(fā)事故的問(wèn)題。研究表明航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)導(dǎo)流葉片的一致性對(duì)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的性能會(huì)產(chǎn)生重要的影響,是導(dǎo)致飛機(jī)座艙抖動(dòng)的主要原因之一。當(dāng)前,航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)檢修工廠對(duì)葉片一致性檢測(cè)方法落后,都是使用尺寸規(guī)手工對(duì)葉片進(jìn)行測(cè)量。手工測(cè)量的系統(tǒng)誤差很大、精度不高。這為飛機(jī)的安全飛行埋下了隱患。為了準(zhǔn)確地對(duì)葉片的一致性進(jìn)行檢測(cè),本文提出一種導(dǎo)流角離線測(cè)量方案。本文詳細(xì)介紹了喘振產(chǎn)生的原因和預(yù)防措施,分析了葉片一致性對(duì)喘振的影響,提出了改進(jìn)的導(dǎo)流角測(cè)量方法,并設(shè)計(jì)了自動(dòng)化檢測(cè)裝置。導(dǎo)流角測(cè)量方法首先對(duì)通過(guò)葉片實(shí)物測(cè)量得到的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行降噪處理,以排除噪聲點(diǎn)對(duì)后續(xù)工作的干擾,然后采用弦高差法精簡(jiǎn)了數(shù)據(jù)中的冗余點(diǎn),以提高重構(gòu)工作的效率,在此基礎(chǔ)之上運(yùn)用切片技術(shù),即采用一組平行平面與葉片的三維數(shù)據(jù)相切,得到了一系列的葉片截面輪廓數(shù)據(jù),將上下表面的數(shù)據(jù)分離后,重構(gòu)了葉片的截面輪廓曲線,最后通過(guò)計(jì)算得到導(dǎo)流葉片的導(dǎo)流角。本文以測(cè)量得到的導(dǎo)流角數(shù)據(jù)為依據(jù),對(duì)測(cè)量結(jié)果進(jìn)行了對(duì)比,分析了各組數(shù)據(jù)的平均值和方差,提出了同一個(gè)葉片和葉片間一致性的判定方法。分析結(jié)果表明葉片的導(dǎo)流角測(cè)量方法是可行的,可以有效地提高測(cè)量的精度,且可以多次測(cè)量,從而很好的解決偶然性誤差對(duì)測(cè)量結(jié)果的影響,在理論研究的基礎(chǔ)上,開(kāi)發(fā)了檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)軟件,最后在總結(jié)全文工作的基礎(chǔ)上,指出了有待進(jìn)一步完成的工作。圖40幅,表19個(gè),參考文獻(xiàn)50篇。關(guān)鍵詞喘振;導(dǎo)流葉片;導(dǎo)流角;曲線重構(gòu);分類(lèi)號(hào)TP29
