簡(jiǎn)介:IQ22三39後里大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文專業(yè)學(xué)位AZJ航空公司國(guó)內(nèi)航線的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)策略分析~一從服務(wù)營(yíng)銷視角院系專業(yè)姓名指導(dǎo)教師完成日期管理學(xué)院工商管理馬廷周周蓉副教授2006年10月17日042025254馬廷周AZ丁航空公司國(guó)內(nèi)航線的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)策略分析摘要在全球化的趨勢(shì)下,民航業(yè)作為一個(gè)特殊的行業(yè),它經(jīng)歷了計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)、政府兼管、民航重組和市場(chǎng)化初期等階段,已越來越走向成熟。近年來,中國(guó)的國(guó)有航空公司正面臨著地方航空公司、民營(yíng)航空公司等競(jìng)爭(zhēng)者的挑戰(zhàn),以及航權(quán)全面開放和行業(yè)運(yùn)力過剩等情況帶來的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)壓力。旅客和作為潛在顧客的普通大眾也比以往要更加關(guān)注航空市場(chǎng),更加平等地與航空公司對(duì)話。其原因主要有三點(diǎn),一方面是隨著人們生活水平的提高,人們對(duì)航空旅游與商務(wù)外出的需求增加了,另一方面是由于航空市場(chǎng)的價(jià)格戰(zhàn)、價(jià)格聯(lián)盟在改變了機(jī)票價(jià)格的同時(shí)也影響了旅客的選擇,使得參與航空市場(chǎng)的人數(shù)火幅增加,還有另外一個(gè)原因就是由于國(guó)內(nèi)航空業(yè)的快速發(fā)展、處在轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí)期、市場(chǎng)的不規(guī)范引起的旅客不滿日益增多,這些都是航空業(yè)目前的普遍現(xiàn)象。當(dāng)前航空公司存在的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)方式主要有價(jià)格戰(zhàn)、價(jià)格同盟、價(jià)格同盟的瓦解、等形式。本文通過AZJ航空公司的案例把經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)中的博弈論、顧客價(jià)值最大化理論以及服務(wù)營(yíng)銷中的系統(tǒng)論結(jié)合在一起研究目前這些航空市場(chǎng)現(xiàn)象,分析這些競(jìng)爭(zhēng)現(xiàn)象的利弊,指出航空公司的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)策略走向。我認(rèn)為價(jià)格競(jìng)爭(zhēng)和價(jià)格同盟并不是航空公司市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的最優(yōu)決策。雖然率先降價(jià)的航空公司,能在丌始時(shí)獲得一定的市場(chǎng)份額,但等到其他公司采取同樣措施,都陷入打折的混戰(zhàn)中,“始作俑者”獲得的市場(chǎng)份額就會(huì)喪失,最終也必然傷害了整個(gè)中國(guó)民用航空業(yè)。同樣,價(jià)格同盟也不符合市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的規(guī)律,它的產(chǎn)生會(huì)使社會(huì)的整體福利降低,最后影響了整個(gè)行業(yè)的發(fā)展。通過影響旅客選擇因素的分析,結(jié)合ZJ航空公司的情況,論文提出優(yōu)化內(nèi)部支持流程系統(tǒng)、提高特殊情況如延誤航班等的處理能力、細(xì)分旅客市場(chǎng)進(jìn)行明確的公司定位、進(jìn)行多樣化的價(jià)格競(jìng)爭(zhēng)方式,才是航空公司的優(yōu)化決策。論文的目的是希望能對(duì)航空公司在國(guó)內(nèi)航線競(jìng)爭(zhēng)篆略的選擇上有所借鑒,能夠幫助航空公司的管理者建立一些理念,使國(guó)內(nèi)航空業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)從價(jià)格的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)這一單一競(jìng)爭(zhēng)變成品質(zhì)、特色和價(jià)格三位一體的整體競(jìng)爭(zhēng),讓有不同需求的旅客能夠根據(jù)自己的消費(fèi)偏好選擇鐘愛的航空公司。關(guān)鍵詞航線競(jìng)爭(zhēng)策略博弈論顧客凈價(jià)值服務(wù)營(yíng)銷第1虬

簡(jiǎn)介:隨著新世紀(jì)的到來,我國(guó)企業(yè)的經(jīng)營(yíng)環(huán)境發(fā)生了很大變化。經(jīng)營(yíng)環(huán)境的變化要求我國(guó)企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略管理進(jìn)行模式轉(zhuǎn)變,實(shí)施全新的戰(zhàn)略管理模式基于核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力的戰(zhàn)略管理。核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力是一個(gè)組織擁有的使其具有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的特性或能力。也是組織制定發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的核心。本文從北京控制工程研究所組織結(jié)構(gòu)和科研生產(chǎn)管理現(xiàn)狀入手,針對(duì)該所既是從事國(guó)防軍工,又是集研發(fā)和生產(chǎn)于一身的綜合性工程技術(shù)研究所這一特點(diǎn),在調(diào)研分析的基礎(chǔ)上,找出現(xiàn)有科研生產(chǎn)組織和管理方面存在的問題,根據(jù)現(xiàn)代管理理論從四個(gè)方面提出了相應(yīng)改進(jìn)的對(duì)策與建議。論文從四個(gè)方面對(duì)北京控制工程研究所的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行了研究和分析第一章,通過對(duì)中、美、俄等國(guó)家在航天政策和國(guó)際航天產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)的分析,明確了北京控制工程研究所在今后發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略中應(yīng)關(guān)注的領(lǐng)域方向;第二章,介紹了北京控制工程研究所的背景、組織結(jié)構(gòu)、承擔(dān)的任務(wù)和科研生產(chǎn)設(shè)施能力,以及該所的“十一五”發(fā)展目標(biāo),分析了我國(guó)航天產(chǎn)業(yè)的特點(diǎn);第三章,運(yùn)用SWOT方法對(duì)北京控制工程研究所目前存在的問題和原因進(jìn)行了分析,并介紹了日本NTS公司;第四章,在前三章的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力特征理論對(duì)北控工程和日本NTS公司進(jìn)行了比較分析,從預(yù)先研究、組織結(jié)構(gòu)、項(xiàng)目管理和信息化等四個(gè)方面提出了北京控制工程研究所核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力建設(shè)和實(shí)施路徑。

簡(jiǎn)介:工商管理碩士MBA學(xué)位論文中國(guó)國(guó)際航空集團(tuán)維修企業(yè)的機(jī)構(gòu)重組與業(yè)務(wù)流程再造作者董馥年級(jí)至QQ壘叢墜學(xué)號(hào)2Q壘】至Q至璺QQ魚Q指導(dǎo)教師星圭塑煎援定稿時(shí)間至QQ魚生】旦】魚旦西南財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)集團(tuán)F屬幾個(gè)維修企業(yè)的內(nèi)部差異,為下,一步合理規(guī)劃整個(gè)圉航集團(tuán)的維修企業(yè)全國(guó)布局找到客觀依據(jù);第三部分運(yùn)用產(chǎn)業(yè)區(qū)域轉(zhuǎn)移理論的知識(shí),試模擬出三種側(cè)重點(diǎn)各有不同的維修企業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)布局模型,通過分析比較各種模型下的運(yùn)營(yíng)成本,最終選擇出最優(yōu)方案;第四部分,對(duì)中航集團(tuán)下屬的成都維修基地運(yùn)用BPR理論進(jìn)行業(yè)務(wù)流程再造,通過對(duì)實(shí)踐一年后所收獲的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和產(chǎn)生的運(yùn)營(yíng)成本與上一年財(cái)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行比較與分析,來驗(yàn)證在第三部分里所選擇的模型的可行性和經(jīng)濟(jì)性,證明其是能夠達(dá)到集團(tuán)公司所要求的節(jié)約成本的目標(biāo)的方案;第五部分,提出國(guó)航的未來之路,將成都基地的BRP業(yè)務(wù)流程再造經(jīng)驗(yàn)推廣到全集團(tuán),最大程度節(jié)省運(yùn)營(yíng)成本,使集團(tuán)公司在“做中國(guó)最具價(jià)值、中國(guó)盈利能力最強(qiáng)、具有世界競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的航空公司”的目標(biāo)道路上輕裝快步。本文通過研究國(guó)內(nèi)外航空器維修企業(yè)現(xiàn)狀,具體分析中航集團(tuán)自身優(yōu)勢(shì)與劣勢(shì),對(duì)現(xiàn)有人力物力資源合理規(guī)劃和整合,找到適合中航集團(tuán)的維修業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)布局優(yōu)化方案,變利潤(rùn)中心為成本中心,并在成都基地進(jìn)行業(yè)務(wù)流程再造的實(shí)踐與驗(yàn)證,最終在全集團(tuán)內(nèi)實(shí)現(xiàn)節(jié)約成本的目標(biāo)。這項(xiàng)研究的意義在于中國(guó)航空業(yè)的人機(jī)比例一直比國(guó)外高出許多,國(guó)航重組后達(dá)到1051,已是國(guó)內(nèi)航空業(yè)里最低,而美國(guó)西南航才841,中國(guó)國(guó)內(nèi)航空業(yè)運(yùn)營(yíng)成本相當(dāng)巨大。在航油價(jià)格居高不下、機(jī)票價(jià)格競(jìng)爭(zhēng)激烈、運(yùn)營(yíng)飛機(jī)99%的航材都被空客和波音壟斷的今天,只有通過對(duì)內(nèi)部資源的重新整合,有效降低運(yùn)營(yíng)成本,才能實(shí)現(xiàn)利潤(rùn)最大化。在維修保障業(yè)這一塊資源上,由于歷史遺留原因和中國(guó)的幅員遼闊,具有很多不可改變的特殊性,如何合理規(guī)劃好區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè),最大程度降低維修成本,不僅是中航集團(tuán)的重點(diǎn)改革目標(biāo),也是體現(xiàn)中航核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的一個(gè)重要組成部分。中航集團(tuán)的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)若得以在全民航內(nèi)借鑒,也有助于國(guó)內(nèi)其它航空公司的發(fā)展,為中國(guó)航空業(yè)在世界航空界占據(jù)重要地位共同努力。關(guān)鍵詞中國(guó)國(guó)際航空集團(tuán)維修機(jī)構(gòu)重組業(yè)務(wù)流程再造
