2、and musicians will face. It oftenseriously affects the effect of their performance, even lead to failure, and the experienceof failure further increases the psychological pressure and fear of the stage, resulting in avic

3、ious cycle. Some people even end their stage career because of this. So for the majorityof music students, musical performers and other groups, this issue is particularlyimportant. As a new subject, “music therapy“ is wi

4、dely used, and is very suitable forrelieving all kinds of pressure and anxiety. As a graduate of Music College with medicalbackground, I'm quite concerned with the approach of music therapy, and it's of greatsign

5、ificance to probe into the effect of music therapy in terms of relieving stage stress.Based on previous research, this paper conducts an in-depth study on using musictherapy to relieve the stage stress of students in Mus

6、ic College of Qingdao University.The research steps are: 1. to select proper volunteers as research objects fromquestionnaires targeting the problem of stage stress among students of Music College ofQingdao University; 2

7、. to solve the problem of stage stress among the volunteer subjectswith a variety of music techniques; 3. to record the process of the therapy for analysis; 4.to find out the problems that arise during the use of music t

8、herapies as well as prove theireffects; 5. to finally arrive at the conclusions. The paper is divided into three chapters.The First Chapter: Music Therapy and Anxiety, introduces the definition of music therapy,the devel
