3、the building energy efficiency is needed in order to make sure thesustainability and development of the society. With the consideration of energyefficiency in the design of public buildings, the thermal environment of th

4、e building canbe effectively improved and the energy performance of the building will decrease,which is significant in the energy efficiency of public buildings.In respect of the application of the complicated systematic

5、 scientific conclusions,the thesis carries out the analysis of geographic and climate characteristics inChongqing area and the research of building energy efficiency design both home andabroad, together with the survey o

6、f public buildings in Chongqing area. On the basis ofusing reference to traditional and modern approaches to adapt climate condition inbuilding design, the thesis summarizes various design strategies which can be used in
