1、山西省部分高校散打與跆拳道選項(xiàng)課開(kāi)展現(xiàn)狀對(duì)比分析 4 摘要 散打作為中國(guó)民族傳統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目之一,是中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)武術(shù)的重要組成部分和現(xiàn)代技擊的表現(xiàn)形式。散打作為中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)武術(shù)無(wú)論在技擊效果上,還是在健身、娛樂(lè)、養(yǎng)生的性能上,以及承載文化內(nèi)涵方面,雖然都與韓國(guó)的跆拳道有很多的相似性,然而在傳統(tǒng)武術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上發(fā)展起來(lái)的散打在發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀與推廣普及方面與跆拳道相比較卻明顯落后于跆拳道。 目前,山西省部分高校把散打與跆拳道作為選項(xiàng)課供學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)和參與。 兩者同為選項(xiàng)

2、課程。但散打與跆拳道在學(xué)校選項(xiàng)課開(kāi)展過(guò)程中形成鮮明的對(duì)比,散打選項(xiàng)課不溫不火而跆拳道選項(xiàng)課卻異常火爆。針對(duì)散打與跆拳道在高校開(kāi)展效果的差異情況,筆者通過(guò)近 3 年在長(zhǎng)治學(xué)院開(kāi)設(shè)散打課程的實(shí)踐經(jīng)歷,結(jié)合對(duì)山西省部分高校散打與跆拳道選項(xiàng)課的調(diào)查分析:教師隊(duì)伍的配備、學(xué)生選課的學(xué)生動(dòng)機(jī)、授課內(nèi)容、學(xué)習(xí)效果及基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施等方面所進(jìn)行分析比較,深層剖析問(wèn)題出現(xiàn)的原因并提出解決問(wèn)題的建議,旨在促進(jìn)山西省高校學(xué)生對(duì)散打的了解,使更多地學(xué)生加入到散打的選項(xiàng)

3、課中進(jìn)行學(xué)習(xí),加快散打在山西省高校的發(fā)展及推廣,對(duì)于擴(kuò)大散打大眾傳播加快散打項(xiàng)目普及,提出有價(jià)值的參考。 本文以文獻(xiàn)法、訪(fǎng)談法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、比較法、邏輯法、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)觀察法、實(shí)證舉例為主要研究方法,對(duì)收集到的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)、專(zhuān)著、期刊等重要資料作為本研究的理論支撐,通過(guò)對(duì)山西省 8 所高校的走訪(fǎng)調(diào)查,并對(duì)調(diào)查的結(jié)果進(jìn)行整理分析得出:傳統(tǒng)武術(shù)不僅在技擊對(duì)抗方面還是在強(qiáng)身健體、娛樂(lè)及承載文化內(nèi)涵等方面在世界都是很有影響力,而今在傳統(tǒng)武術(shù)基礎(chǔ)上發(fā)展起來(lái)的

4、散打,在高校的發(fā)展、推廣、普及方面卻落后于跆拳道;山西省 8 所院校教師結(jié)構(gòu)比較合理,能夠滿(mǎn)足授課的需求;高校學(xué)生選修散打選項(xiàng)課的動(dòng)機(jī)具有多樣性;高校選項(xiàng)課程授課中,對(duì)禮儀的規(guī)范及武德教育要求較低,難以傳授中國(guó)武術(shù)文化的內(nèi)涵,競(jìng)技散打技術(shù)復(fù)雜,在高校選項(xiàng)課堂中不能很好的被廣大學(xué)生掌握接受,教學(xué)內(nèi)容單一,不能很好調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生的興趣;散打服裝不能體現(xiàn)民族傳統(tǒng)特色,場(chǎng)地器材難以滿(mǎn)足上課要求,有待完善;散打選項(xiàng)課學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)效果沒(méi)有達(dá)到預(yù)期的要求。 依

5、據(jù)上述得出結(jié)論提出對(duì)策:1、進(jìn)一步拓展學(xué)生了解學(xué)習(xí)散打的途徑, 更好的促進(jìn)散打運(yùn)動(dòng)在校園的傳播;2、教師結(jié)構(gòu)較為合理,要求進(jìn)一步提高教師山西省部分高校散打與跆拳道選項(xiàng)課開(kāi)展現(xiàn)狀對(duì)比分析 6 ABSTRACT ABSTRACT Sanda as one of the Chinese traditional items, forms an important part of Chinese traditional

9、the university must reform and innovation, reform teaching content, innovative teaching methods and so on better conducive to Sanda in Colleges and universities to carry out promotion. College students are th

10、e new vitality of the society, full of vigor and vitality after graduation will be integrated into the community, if the good use of college students as Sanda dissemination of the carrier, the promotion

11、of the development of Sanda has important significance. At present, the College of Shanxi province Sanda and taekwondo as optional courses for students to learn and participate in. The same elective course, but Sanda and

13、 development effect of Sanda and Taekwondo in Colleges and universities, the author experienced nearly 3 years of practice in Changzhi University of Sanda and Taekwondo elective courses, combined with the investigation

14、and analysis of elective courses in Colleges and universities of Shanxi province Sanda and Taekwondo: teachers, students with student motivation, teaching contents, assessment, learning effect and supporting th

15、e facilities were analyzed and compared, cause deep analysis of problems and put forward suggestions to solve the problem, in order to promote the students' understanding of Sanda in Colleges and universities in Shan

16、xi Province, so that more students join Sanda elective class learning, accelerate the development and promotion of Sanda in Colleges and universities in Shanxi Province, is conducive to the expansion of the

17、spread of Sanda and accelerate the Sanda popularization, put forward valuable reference. With the literature method, interview method, questionnaire survey method, comparative method, logic method, the scene ob

18、servation, empirical examples as the main research method, the collected relevant literature, books, periodicals and other important information as the theoretical support of this study by the colleges and universities i

19、n Shanxi Province investigations, and the results of the survey were collected and analyzed obtained: Traditional Wushu not only in fighting against or in terms of physical fitness, entertainment and bearing

20、cultural connotation and in the world are very influential, now developed on the basis of traditional Wushu Sanda, in terms of the development of colleges and universities to promote penetration is backward in Taekwondo.
