7、showsthetrendofoutputofthehighqualityautosheetsautorecentlyyear.itcanbeknownthattheBaosteelautosheetsplayaveryimptantroleintherapiddevelopmentofautoindustryofChina.2SteelmakingprocessofautosheetsIFsteelhasbeenabroadappli
8、edinautoindustryastherepresentationofautosheetsthetypicalacteristicofIFsteelisinterstitialfreegooddeepdrawperfmance.thechemicalcompositionacteristicisultralowcarbonnitrogen(below40ppm)bigcoldrollingreductionratio.FIFstee
9、lthehighdeepdrawperfmancervaluedemlowcontentofcarbonnitrogentotaloxygeninsteel.ThecontentofcarbonnitrogenofIFsteelofBAOSTEELhasreachedtheinternationaladvancedlevel(below20ppm)bymanyyear’sstudy.BAOSTEELcanproducesteelshee
10、tsfromCQtoSEDDQnotonlymildIFsteelbutalsohighstrengthIFsteeltheprocessflowtofIFsteelisasfollow.HMpretreatmentBOFRHSLABCASTERHotmetalpretreatmentGenerallythesulphurphosphusisconsideredasharmfulelementstoberemovedfromsteele
11、speciallyfhighstrengthsteelsheetthecontrolofsulphurphosphusismestrictfdemsofweld.thesulphurphosphusisreducedinpretreatmentprocessby3Adynamicdecarbonizationmodelisdevelopedwhichcanpredictthecarbonconcentrationatdifferentt
12、imeduringRHtreatmentthemodelconsidersuchfactsascirculationvacuumdegreeliftgasflowratetopblowingoxygen.ContinuouscastingTheslabqualityisrelationtothesurfacequalityofcoldrollingstripcloselyBAOSTEELhavedevelopedthetechnolog
13、yofcleansteelcontinuouscastingincludedsealingcastingtundishfluidfieldoptimizationhighbasicitytundishfluxULCmoldpowderslabqualitymanagementmodelindertomeetthehighqualityneedofautosheets.Thesplashpadisdevelopedbystudyoftun
14、dishwatermodelexperimentcomputersimulationsofluidacteristicintundishisimprovedtheminimumstaytimecanbeincreasedup3050%thepeaktimecanbeincreasedup4070%thepistonflowratioisincreased.Theinclusionfloatingratioisincreasedup212
15、5%.Theadoptionoftundishfilterindammagnesiumcalciumcoatingimprovetheabsptionofaluminainclusion.ThehighbasicitytundishfluxdevelopedbyBAOSTEELhavegoodabsptiontoaluminainmoltensteelitimprovesthecleannessofsteelhavegoodinsula
16、tioneffect.Itisknownthatthecarboncontentinfluxcanresultinthecarbonpickupfmoltensteelintundishsothecarboncontentinfluxmustbecontrolledstrictly.TheFig.4istheapplicationresultofhighbasicitytundishfluxitcanbeshowedthatthehig
