8、whileavoidingthedisclosureofsensiblefinancialinfmation.ThesampleprofileofthefirmsAtotalof384logisticsprovidersuserswereinitiallycontactedwith31responsesreceivedbyFebruary1999.Thelowproptionofresponses(8percent)isaboutave

9、ragefVenezuelawheremanycompaniesdonothavefmalinfmationservicesaresuspiciousofdisclosinginfmation.Respondentsarerepresentativeoftheindustrialservicesectsemploy820personsinaveragewithannualsalesclosetoUS$35millionexptsofab
