2、 transformation related to the national stratagem and the people's livelihood and has been the focus of attention at all levels of society. Since state- owned enterprise employees are the
3、principal part of reforming, paying attention to their mentation is one of aspects in the reforming process which cannot be neglected. The purpose of this thesis lies in analyzing the influence
4、 of the enterprise reforming on the employees’mentation, as well as the impact of staff psychology condition upon the enterprise reforming and the following operation; exploring the well effect
5、between them; researching the effective measures which could help the enterprise leader to promote enterprise restructuring and make the operation smooth, at the same time, enable employees to t
6、ake a positive attitude to enterprises reforming and following production. On the basis of the adequate expounding in the state- owned enterprise’ s historical process, meaning, content and directio
7、n, according to both psychology and management theories, the author uses questionnaire to survey the state- owned enterprises employees’mentation and makes full analysis, puts forward the problems
8、which should be solved in the employees’mental state in the course of reforming. It is of great significance to grasp the employees’mentation, push the reforming and promote the development of
9、 state- owned enterprises. Then the author proposes some countermeasures to employees’and enterprises’ , and evaluates the effect of “ employee assistance program” . Key words : State- owned enterprise, refor
