59、貨的情況。還有利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)群發(fā)軟件詐騙、克隆著名網(wǎng)站實施詐騙等等。</p><p> 4.稅收問題網(wǎng)上購物具有自己獨特的特點,例如沒有紙質(zhì)傳輸、無形無界、虛擬性強(qiáng)、電子支付等。這些獨特性使稅收工作無法有效開展。尤其是我國現(xiàn)今還沒有明確的網(wǎng)上購物稅收政策,傳統(tǒng)的稅收法律制度和征收管理方式都無法解決網(wǎng)上購物的稅收問題。而一系列稅收管理漏洞的出現(xiàn),導(dǎo)致應(yīng)收稅款流失,國家受到巨大的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失。隨著網(wǎng)上購物的迅猛發(fā)展,稅收問題
