1、目的：觀察外剝內(nèi)注并肛墊懸吊術(shù)治療混合痔的治療效果并探討其機(jī)理。
方法：本課題共選60例患者，隨機(jī)分為治療組30例和對(duì)照組30例。兩組病例內(nèi)部構(gòu)成及術(shù)前、術(shù)后處理齊同，有可比性。術(shù)中治療組采用外剝內(nèi)注并肛墊懸吊術(shù)，對(duì)外痔潛行剝離，內(nèi)痔痔核硬化注射，并對(duì)肛墊懸吊，保留齒線；對(duì)照組采用傳統(tǒng)外剝內(nèi)扎術(shù)。術(shù)后觀察兩組病例療效、療程(住院時(shí)間、康復(fù)時(shí)間)、平均手術(shù)時(shí)間、術(shù)后并發(fā)癥及復(fù)發(fā)率等差異，比較優(yōu)劣。
結(jié)果：治療組和對(duì)照組
