6、al methods were performed to measured the expression of kisspeptin nuclzi in the hypothalamic of estrus female yak and anestrus female. Our research result were as follow: 1.during oestrum, estrus female yak’s blood GnRH
7、 、 LH and FSH concentration were higher than anestrus female yak, the secretion of GnRH and LH were positive correlation. 2.estrus female yak’s ovary include primary follicle and secondary follicle, anestrus female yak’s
8、 ovary include primary follicle and atretic follicle. hematoxyin-eosinstaining dye for uterus was that estrus female yak’s endometrium contain a large number of shallow gland and deep gland, it’s more than anestrus femal
9、e yak, but enlarge gland was less than anestrus female yak (P>0.05); HE dye for breast reveal ,estrus female and anestrus female yak’s mammary gland epithelial were simple cuboidal epithelium, estrus female yak breast
10、’s interlobar duct,acini was developer than anestrus female yak. 3.Puberal female yak’s kiss-1 gene and GPR54 gene CDS sequence were determined. The result of homology analysis show: yak’s kiss-1 gene sequence、GPR54 gene
