簡介:申請上海交通大學(xué)工程碩士學(xué)位論文鋼管板樁結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計計算和施工工藝研究學(xué)校上海交通大學(xué)院系船舶海洋與建筑工程學(xué)院專業(yè)建筑與土木工程學(xué)號1120102099申請人張玲學(xué)校導(dǎo)師王建華企業(yè)導(dǎo)師施忠二〇一六年八月摘要II鋼管板樁結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計計算和施工工藝研究摘要本文以東莞市虎門港沙田港區(qū)西大坦作業(yè)區(qū)駁船碼頭工程為背景,針對鋼管板樁組合體系的設(shè)計計算、施工方案以及項目質(zhì)量控制技術(shù)展開研究,取得的主要研究成果如下(1)由于鋼管板樁組合結(jié)構(gòu)的特殊性,國內(nèi)無相關(guān)的規(guī)范可供參考。在大量查閱文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合相關(guān)的規(guī)范開展分析計算。研究分析幾種前墻計算方法,最終確定本工程適用的豎向彈性地基梁法進(jìn)行荷載計算。以正常使用極限狀態(tài)組合荷載為文中建立的模型進(jìn)行分析計算。計算的主要內(nèi)容包括踢腳穩(wěn)定計算、作用效應(yīng)包絡(luò)值計算、錨錠計算及結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計等。在深入分析計算結(jié)果的基礎(chǔ)上,給出了工程的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)斷面圖和特殊斷面圖,這些圖紙可直接應(yīng)用于實際工程。(2)針對該工程特殊的地質(zhì)條件,研究工程中多種錘型,在鋼管板樁初打時選用DZJ135振動錘,經(jīng)實踐證實DZJ135振動錘適應(yīng)該軟土地基上的初打作業(yè)。鋼板樁復(fù)打選錘型,對D100沖擊錘、APE200液壓振動錘等幾種錘型進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場施工對比,基于大量的試驗結(jié)果選用APE200液壓振動錘進(jìn)行板樁復(fù)打施工。解決了適應(yīng)該特殊地質(zhì)的樁錘選擇問題。此外,為保證鋼板樁沉樁過程中樁的垂直度,通過研究形成下面的施工工藝即研制出特定的定位架,可控制垂直度在2‰以內(nèi)的精度。通過對樁基的平面偏位檢測,結(jié)
