簡(jiǎn)介:本文首先對(duì)單線隧道的有限元數(shù)值模擬。沿盾構(gòu)開(kāi)挖方向取不同斷面,得到地層豎向位移和水平位移的等值線圖。對(duì)開(kāi)挖面以及前方部分土體進(jìn)行了三維位移的分析,指出開(kāi)挖面前方的沉降主要原因在于盾構(gòu)的超挖,土體向開(kāi)挖面靠近引起的。同時(shí)還對(duì)隧道結(jié)構(gòu)沿軸向豎向位移的分布規(guī)律進(jìn)行分析,并與實(shí)測(cè)隧道結(jié)構(gòu)位移的分布進(jìn)行了比較,得到的規(guī)律是大致相同的。其次對(duì)雙線隧道進(jìn)行了模擬,根據(jù)實(shí)測(cè)測(cè)點(diǎn)的布置圖,取中間的一個(gè)斷面,對(duì)不同測(cè)點(diǎn)的豎向位移的和水平位移變化進(jìn)行了分析,得到后建隧道對(duì)先建隧道不同測(cè)點(diǎn)處擾動(dòng)影響最大的范圍和區(qū)域。而隧道結(jié)構(gòu)豎向位移沿軸向分布規(guī)律也發(fā)生變化,隧道結(jié)構(gòu)的豎向位移普遍增大,結(jié)構(gòu)的不均勻沉降明顯減小。最后根據(jù)實(shí)測(cè)的隧道結(jié)構(gòu)位移變化,探討了同步注漿對(duì)控制結(jié)構(gòu)位移的作用。并分別考慮不同注漿體厚度對(duì)單線隧道進(jìn)行了模擬,得到隧道沿軸向豎向位移的分布規(guī)律,指出考慮不同注漿體的厚度對(duì)隧道結(jié)構(gòu)的位移是有一定的影響的。論文全面的分析了不同施工工藝對(duì)隧道結(jié)構(gòu)和土體位移的影響,揭示了結(jié)構(gòu)和土體位移的分布特征隨著施工工藝不同的變化規(guī)律,這些結(jié)果對(duì)大型軟土盾構(gòu)隧道的施工和設(shè)計(jì)具有一定的參考價(jià)值。

簡(jiǎn)介:分類號(hào)密級(jí)U656學(xué)校代碼學(xué)號(hào)10618308003004墨廑交通名謦工程碩士學(xué)位論文寸灘高樁碼頭樁基施工工藝及質(zhì)量控制技術(shù)研究STUDYONTHEPNEFOUNDATIONCONSTRUCTIONANDQUAIITYG竺坐坐竺墜望IG堅(jiān)竺堡壘蘭G堅(jiān)翌壘望旦逛塾里望竺豎皇壘學(xué)位申請(qǐng)人王磊導(dǎo)師姓名及職稱趙明階教授工程領(lǐng)域名稱論文提交日期王甫學(xué)高級(jí)工程師水利工程2013年11月摘要重慶寸灘三期高樁碼頭工程所在河段具有深水、大水位差、大流速的特點(diǎn),水文地質(zhì)條件復(fù)雜,并且受季節(jié)性的漲水影響樁基礎(chǔ)的施工難度很大,在內(nèi)河港口碼頭建設(shè)中具有顯著的代表性。由于施工受季節(jié)性的漲水影響非常大,因此作為高樁碼頭核心的樁基工程,其施工質(zhì)量不僅影響整個(gè)碼頭結(jié)構(gòu)安全,而且能否在一個(gè)枯水期內(nèi)完成樁基的施工也是整個(gè)寸灘港三期工程順利投產(chǎn)的關(guān)鍵。鑒于此,論文以重慶寸灘港三期高樁碼頭樁基施工為依托,采用理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合的方法,對(duì)樁基施工作業(yè)平臺(tái)、樁基成孔、水下混凝土澆筑及質(zhì)量控制等關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的研究,主要研究?jī)?nèi)容及成果如下1分析了寸灘三期高樁碼頭工程水文地質(zhì)條件以及工程設(shè)計(jì)以及樁基施工特點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn),為確定樁基施工方案和工藝奠定基礎(chǔ)。’2根據(jù)寸灘水文地質(zhì)條件、工程設(shè)計(jì)方案及其施工特點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn),研究了適宜的施工作業(yè)平臺(tái)方案,總結(jié)了沖孔施工過(guò)程中的關(guān)鍵工藝,提出了鋼筋籠的制作、運(yùn)輸、吊裝連接等關(guān)鍵工藝的施工方法,并對(duì)首批混凝土灌注量和旋工方法進(jìn)行了分析。3從鉆孔、鋼筋籠制作安裝和水下混凝土灌注這三個(gè)關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)研究了鉆孔灌注樁施工過(guò)程中質(zhì)量控制的要點(diǎn),并提出了鉆孔灌注樁施工質(zhì)量事故預(yù)防和處理的措施。4通過(guò)寸灘高樁碼頭樁基質(zhì)量檢測(cè)、碼頭變形監(jiān)測(cè)以及效果評(píng)價(jià),驗(yàn)證了樁基施工工藝和質(zhì)量控制技術(shù)的可靠性。通過(guò)對(duì)寸灘三期高樁碼頭工程樁基施工工藝和質(zhì)量控制技術(shù)的研究,可以更好的指導(dǎo)施工,提高樁基施工質(zhì)量水平,對(duì)工程實(shí)踐具有重要的指導(dǎo)意義,同時(shí)也為內(nèi)河港口的建設(shè)提供有價(jià)值的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。關(guān)鍵詞鉆孔灌注樁;施工工藝;質(zhì)量控制;樁基檢測(cè)
