簡(jiǎn)介:上海交通大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文基于MODELICA和DYMOLA的航空燃?xì)鉁u輪發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)建模與仿真姓名任志彬申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別碩士專(zhuān)業(yè)航空宇航推進(jìn)理論與工程指導(dǎo)教師孟光20060201上海交通大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文2航空燃?xì)鉁u輪發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的部件級(jí)建模是系統(tǒng)級(jí)建模的基礎(chǔ),建模的精度取決于部件特性的準(zhǔn)確性和模型簡(jiǎn)化程度。本文重點(diǎn)介紹了航空燃?xì)鉁u輪發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)主要部件及子系統(tǒng)的工作原理,綜合采用了特性方程法和基于級(jí)的建模法建立壓氣機(jī)和渦輪的模型,從微觀的壓氣機(jī)級(jí)和渦輪級(jí)的特性方程來(lái)研究壓氣機(jī)系統(tǒng)和渦輪系統(tǒng),因此利用所建立的級(jí)的數(shù)學(xué)模型并結(jié)合MODELICA語(yǔ)言和DYMOLA編譯器,能夠組裝成復(fù)雜的壓氣機(jī)系統(tǒng)和渦輪系統(tǒng)模型并能實(shí)現(xiàn)仿真;基于管流理論建立噴管和進(jìn)氣道的模型,對(duì)收-擴(kuò)噴管喉部面積隨飛行馬赫數(shù)的變化關(guān)系、可變幾何噴管主次流面積隨主流馬赫數(shù)的變化關(guān)系以及固定幾何內(nèi)壓式進(jìn)氣道特性進(jìn)行了仿真。在部件級(jí)建模的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)而與其他部件和子系統(tǒng)連接組成航空燃?xì)鉁u輪發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)系統(tǒng)級(jí)模型,對(duì)單軸燃?xì)獍l(fā)生器的抽吸特性和雙軸渦扇發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的起動(dòng)過(guò)程進(jìn)行了仿真,其中以雙軸渦扇發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)為例詳細(xì)介紹了系統(tǒng)級(jí)建模和仿真的過(guò)程。部件和系統(tǒng)級(jí)仿真實(shí)驗(yàn)的結(jié)果表明,本文所開(kāi)發(fā)的航空燃?xì)鉁u輪發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)模型庫(kù)作為一種特性分析工具,可應(yīng)用于航空燃?xì)鉁u輪發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的概念設(shè)計(jì)和初步設(shè)計(jì),具有一定的實(shí)用價(jià)值。MODELICA和DYMOLA的強(qiáng)大功能為本文的建模與仿真工作提供了有力的支持,同時(shí)本文的工作又是對(duì)DYMOLA軟件在新領(lǐng)域應(yīng)用的有益嘗試,本文建立的航空燃?xì)鉁u輪發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)模型庫(kù)將成為MODELICA標(biāo)準(zhǔn)模型庫(kù)的一個(gè)拓展。
