簡介:西南財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文成都思泰航空科技有限責(zé)任公司營銷體系剖析姓名向冰申請學(xué)位級別碩士專業(yè)工商管理(EMBA)指導(dǎo)教師張劍渝20030602幅是第三章,在第三章中主要運(yùn)用STP理論對思泰科技的市場營銷戰(zhàn)略制度方面做出分析,并特別闡述了筆者對技術(shù)與市場關(guān)系的一些個人觀點(diǎn)。在分析的過程中還運(yùn)用了波特的價值鏈理論,管理經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)中囚徒理論分析了價格戰(zhàn)的成因。第四章是解決方案,除了從系統(tǒng)上提出解決思泰科技營銷戰(zhàn)略中存在的問題的想法之外,還對筆者認(rèn)為的關(guān)鍵問題提出了解決方案的設(shè)想。本著從解決主要矛盾入手,進(jìn)而理順整個營銷體系的思路,提出了_套系統(tǒng)方案,特別是對市場人才穩(wěn)定對直銷型企業(yè)的影響和穩(wěn)定市場人員提出了比較詳細(xì)的方案,希望對徹底解決思泰科技營銷管理上存在的和潛在的問題提供一些參考。筆者是參與思泰科技組建,并在2002年以公司副總經(jīng)理的身份在公司負(fù)責(zé)市場營銷工作,對市場公司有一定的認(rèn)識,同時也獲得了公司內(nèi)部一些業(yè)務(wù)和財(cái)務(wù)信息,并且通過調(diào)研掌握了充分的行業(yè)信息。在搜集資料的同時,也翻閱了一些理論書籍,對資料進(jìn)行分析。需要說明的是由于部分?jǐn)?shù)據(jù)涉及公司機(jī)密,本文中引用的來自公司內(nèi)部數(shù)據(jù)是經(jīng)過處理的,但并不妨礙對事實(shí)的說明。通過分析,得出結(jié)論。在激烈競爭的環(huán)境中,思泰科技要生存要發(fā)展必須堅(jiān)持以市場為導(dǎo)向,緊緊抓住培養(yǎng)自己核心競爭力這個主題,把研發(fā)能力與市場需求緊密相聯(lián)。堅(jiān)持重點(diǎn)發(fā)展高端產(chǎn)品這。思路。同時,在企業(yè)管理上也必須有所創(chuàng)新,突破國企最難解決的問題,在用人機(jī)制和分配機(jī)制上進(jìn)行根本性的變革。在這個前提條件下,解決營銷體系中存在的闊題才有可能。筆者也希望這一結(jié)論對思泰科技能夠有所幫助。關(guān)鍵詞營銷組合SWOTSTP價值鏈渠道營銷餓略
