簡介:中共中央黨校博士學(xué)位論文哲學(xué)視閾中的科學(xué)發(fā)展觀研究姓名林學(xué)達(dá)申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別博士專業(yè)馬克思主義哲學(xué)指導(dǎo)教師毛衛(wèi)平20070501美、和諧社會(huì)之美和人的詩意棲居之美三個(gè)方面,對(duì)當(dāng)代中國科學(xué)發(fā)展的審美特征進(jìn)行了闡述。第四章對(duì)科學(xué)發(fā)展實(shí)踐背后的社會(huì)性驅(qū)動(dòng)力量和科學(xué)發(fā)展的運(yùn)行復(fù)雜性進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)研究。從哲學(xué)的角度來看,任何社會(huì)性的驅(qū)動(dòng)力量都是主體性力量的直接或間接展示,因此,必須對(duì)發(fā)展動(dòng)力的內(nèi)生性和結(jié)構(gòu)層次性有一個(gè)深刻認(rèn)識(shí)。在其內(nèi)生性認(rèn)識(shí)上,經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展一直是當(dāng)代中國發(fā)展的根本驅(qū)動(dòng)力量,因而也就成為科學(xué)發(fā)展的決定性力量;作為執(zhí)政層的發(fā)展主體所具有的政治責(zé)任、政治理想就成為經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的政治驅(qū)動(dòng)力量。應(yīng)該指出的是,科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的提出也是這種政治動(dòng)力的體現(xiàn);另外,當(dāng)代中國科學(xué)發(fā)展的動(dòng)力內(nèi)生性還體現(xiàn)在精神觀念的文化力上。但是,作為當(dāng)代中國的科學(xué)發(fā)展是在開放的環(huán)境中進(jìn)行的。在開放的發(fā)展環(huán)境中,應(yīng)該看到內(nèi)生動(dòng)力與開放動(dòng)力的統(tǒng)一協(xié)同作用。從哲學(xué)角度來看,任何人類社會(huì)發(fā)展的動(dòng)力存在如下幾種基本形式驅(qū)動(dòng)發(fā)展的“最后動(dòng)力”、發(fā)展的“直接的動(dòng)力”以及發(fā)展動(dòng)力的“合力”形式。對(duì)當(dāng)代中國而言,科學(xué)發(fā)展的動(dòng)力結(jié)構(gòu)層次主要體現(xiàn)在生產(chǎn)力對(duì)科學(xué)發(fā)展的主導(dǎo)性驅(qū)動(dòng)上,也體現(xiàn)在改革與創(chuàng)新對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的“直接”驅(qū)動(dòng)過程中??茖W(xué)發(fā)展的動(dòng)力是在特定的運(yùn)行環(huán)境中體現(xiàn)社會(huì)功能的,因此,應(yīng)該對(duì)當(dāng)代中國科學(xué)發(fā)展動(dòng)力體系的社會(huì)運(yùn)行和運(yùn)行的基本原則有一個(gè)總體性認(rèn)識(shí)。在發(fā)展動(dòng)力運(yùn)行的基本原則上,只有從社會(huì)運(yùn)行的基礎(chǔ)性要求出發(fā),才能為發(fā)展動(dòng)力體系的養(yǎng)成打好基礎(chǔ),這主要體現(xiàn)在社會(huì)性的動(dòng)力整合、多渠道的動(dòng)力激勵(lì)和發(fā)展動(dòng)力的規(guī)范等原則上。另外,在事實(shí)上,發(fā)展動(dòng)力的社會(huì)運(yùn)行起到了對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的導(dǎo)向作用,,因此,應(yīng)該對(duì)科學(xué)發(fā)展的經(jīng)濟(jì)動(dòng)力、政治動(dòng)力和文化動(dòng)力評(píng)價(jià)有一個(gè)前瞻性認(rèn)識(shí)。最后,在動(dòng)力評(píng)價(jià)的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)科學(xué)發(fā)展運(yùn)行的復(fù)雜性和運(yùn)行狀態(tài)進(jìn)行了認(rèn)識(shí)。在實(shí)踐角度上,針對(duì)科學(xué)發(fā)展社會(huì)運(yùn)行的復(fù)雜性進(jìn)行了分析,并在最后的總結(jié)性結(jié)語中給出了幾條原則性建議。關(guān)鍵詞科學(xué)發(fā)展觀;經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展;發(fā)展主體;價(jià)值導(dǎo)向;動(dòng)力運(yùn)行;復(fù)雜性2
