4、ll as improve the overall level of higher education. However ， maintaining this kind of development need a huge number of funds to support. The majority funding for higher education comes from financial allocation and t

5、uition revenue, and the unlimited input cannot meet the needs colleges and universities, therefore, it is imminent to solve the fund shortage problem. Meanwhile, under the circumstances of financial reform, the commercia

6、l banks in Inner Mongolia region positively transform the operation mechanism, and broaden the scope of business, offering the colleges and universities a solution to the problem of shortage of funds. Bank-school coopera

7、tion can not only help universities with their capital bottleneck, but also play a positive role for banks to enlarge the market and improve the quality of credit assets. In essence, the external reason for the formation

8、 of bank-school cooperation is the macroeconomic environment, and the adjustment of both banks and schools and their internal demands are the intrinsic factor. Based on the premise of the banks-school cooperation, this p
